Rented a towable auger took to job site just to it didn't work took back and got a regular auger and only used for 1.5 hours and got kind of discount for non working auger just to have another auger that wasn't serviced well and the drill head kept overheating and still had to pay full day rental for an 1.5 usage not very impressed

Love going to Village Hardware and Rental! Treated as an equal by the friendly and helpful staff. They don't make me feel like I'm not supposed to be there. Almost always has the item I need in stock and if not they'll get it. Highly Recommend!

If they don't have what you need they will be happy to sell you something you can't use, blame you for buying it, and tell you how you should conduct your business while telling you that you must have written it down wrong and that they aren't liable for YOUR mistake. Rude! And poor managerial skills. (2 star for selling Milwaukee)

A true hometown hardware that has in stock what you need. Had plumbing fitting needs and they had in stock the needed fittings. Needed staw for landscaping and was able to get eight bales. I've rented a chipper and lift in the past as well. Amazing the available everyday items on hand.
