Flag Floors of Barnesville replaced all of our flooring downstairs with luxury vinyl tile. They came in a very timely manner, were very professional to deal with, and did an amazing job. We LOVE our new flooring. The pricing is very reasonable and most of all, they are honest. GREAT JOB!

I didn't have a positive experience. The first crew to come in 2017 had a poor work quality/ethic. In 2018 issues with the work were mostly resolved. I found some issues that weren't taken care of, so a representative came to my house and those issues were documented. I was told that if I wasn't happy with the outcome of this repair that it was my problem, because they wouldn't be back. Well, part of a plank had separated and I asked Jason to please fix that. He said he would not because he'd have to replace the underlayment and the planks. I called the company in April of 2019... nothing has happened. I can't even get warranty information. Sad!

Had vinyl kardean flooring installed in my very old house. Flag floors did a great job with great installers and office staff were great helping me pick out the right flooring. Love my new floor very pet friendly also.
