Restrooms are well maintained and reasonably clean. Note that the men's restroom is a trailer in front. Gas is generally cheaper here than in Findlay to the south, but almost half the pumps were out of order. On a rainy day, the gasoline spills were widely apparent. Step carefully, or you will be smelling gasoline on your shoes for the rest of the day.

low water pressure at shower and sink, don’t even feel it. Also it’s very rare to find clean fan at the most of Loves shower rooms.

My review is repair shop specific. Came there for an air leak repair. A fitting on pressure regulator cracked on my trailer. Not a big deal, right? Wrong! The kid in the shop had a look and said he doesn’t have such fitting and he has only been at this job for a week, so he can try, but can’t promise anything. Go ahead, I said, my bad.The guy broke it apart trying to unscrew it, then said “It’s an old trailer, what you expected?” The trailer is 2022, btw. Then said something about my truck and that he doesn’t know what to do anymore.I told him to just marry the lines together bypassing the regular and I’ll get going. We had to argue for a bit as he was sure that it’s going to blow the suspension. Long story short, I said “Just do it, it’s on me”.Ended up paying some $230 bill for this nonsense.My message to the owners: Get someone qualified for the job, with minimal experience at least.

Went to use their showers there after the remodel.And they got rid of some of the things that you can use and the water got no warmer than lukewarm and they charge almost well.They charge two dollars more for cosmetics. Very disappointed in your guys.And you should stop making your renovations.

Grabbed a shower. Water pressure was very lacking. I’ve had Garden Hoses with more pressure. And the water was lukewarm at best.

Decent truck parking and clean. They stock plenty of snacks. Arbys inside. They dont sell butter. Dog park on site in front of premise.

One of the worst shop locations. Came for pm service at 12.23 pm they told 2 trucks ahead of me. But for pm service they spent almost 7h. This red truck was 1st. But 7h still he is in at shop. Never seen shop like that. Works very slow than slow. Truckers dont waste your times at this location.

Went here to get a Oil Change. It was 5 employees and 1 truck serviced in 6 hours. As I waited 6 hours to get this done. And Sure Employees just hanging out doing Nothing. Not to mention pumps are Broken when needed Fuel.

Really nice Loves gas station conveniently located off the highway. The store, parking lot, and restrooms, were all clean. Large selection of snacks/drinks and an Arbys attached. Gas prices were expected and large enough parking lot to maneuver the pumps.

Stopped for lunch - service at the Arby’s was super efficient. The gas station section is under construction and the men’s washrooms are in a trailer outside. Ladies room was clean. Dog park entrance very muddy so step carefully! Sadly, despite free dog waste bags and a garbage can, dog park is covered with dog poop and gates are tricky to close.

This place has been renovating foreeeeever; long lines and disorganized retail area. Truck and cars have to make the same no signal left hand turn to make it back to highway so egress get a backed up. Not worth the hassles.

Men's bathroom is an outhouse they don't bother to clean. Piss on the floor everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks to them my shoes and now my car reeks of piss too.

We always like to stop at Loves to get gas, because the bathrooms and station is always ckean. Yesterday however we were sorely disappointed. The men's bathroom had been relocated to an outside mobile unit. The floor of the unit was soaked in urine, toilet paper all over the floor, toilets filthy, and odor horrible. It appears no one has cleaned them at all. My husband reported it the clerk. Gas pumped wouldn't take our credit card, so that was another issue, as hubby had to make a trip into station, pnly to be told maybe he shpuld prepay. Grrrr

If you like a hot shower with a lot of water pressure, this is NOT the place for you. I was cold when I was done showering, there was water, but no pressure behind it.

Friendly staff and good coffee. Only issue was price on washer; shows $2.50 but when I paid with Apple Pay I was charged $2.75. Laundry at end of showers hall on left.

Good for a stop along I-75 through Ohio, this area generally has pretty low gas prices so I like to stop here. Gas station had everything I needed, was in and out pretty quickly!

Really easy in and out. Normal Loves parking. Parking is a little small. Store is clean and plentiful. Couple places for doubles parking. Has scale.

This is my usual stop when heading down to Lima, Ohio. It always has clean bathrooms, there are a lot of gas pumps, there's a nice little dog run where I can let my pup off the leash for a little bit, and there's tons of snacks, food, drinks, accessories, and other random items that you might need for your travels. The staff is always friendly, and the building is always well maintained. Oh.. and a plus, if you drive a tall truck or jeep like me, they have long brushes to wash the windshield with so i don't have to climb up on the tires.

I went in early this afternoon to find a cell phone mount for my work truck. One of the employees recommended the magnetic Steelie and she told me how well it works for her. I purchased one and now my cell phone is in the perfect location in my work truck. The item works great and I don't have to worry about my phone falling onto the floorboard. I am very satisfied. I may have to get another for my personal vehicle. Give that woman a raise!

Sitting in Love’s dog park eating Arby’s. Food was good and hot and this dog park is AWESOME!!! Traveling with 5 dogs is a hassle and this dog park made life easy. I can sit and enjoy my dinner while the pups run around. The double gate is so smart!! Great addition Love’s - Thank You!!!
