We love our Dollar General employees. Amber is awesome. If you call in and ask for info on a stocked item, they know or check and even give for the price. Try that at Walmart.

I love this DG. It's so much cleaner and more organized than the 2 that are closer to where I live. The employees here are super friendly and helpful. The manager, Gary, is always working hard to keep things good in this store.I gladly drive an extra 30min. to shop here. I also recommend shopping at this DG to all my neighbors and friends!

I wonder about the safety of this store. It looks as if a truck or car actually ran into the side of the building and has not been repaired. Instead inside the store they have pulled the display forward so that it juts out into the aisle. In the last couple years I have repeatedly found the store to be dirty, especially the floors. I wonder if OSHA is aware of the severity of the problems.

Great store I just hate how they always have racks with extra merchandise on the floor- makes it hard to navigate.

I had just gotten off of work and was pushing getting to their location to purchase some necessary items that I would not be able to get in the morning due to my schedule over the next few days. Upon my arrival, I knew I only had a few short minutes to gather the items and check out. They informed me of closing time, to which I replied the importance of these items as well as their closing time. They were so nice to allow me to complete my shopping experience as quickly as I could. So, I appreciate their kindness and compassion for my late last minute shopping experience. Thank you, ladies at Dollar General on Main St in Baltimore, Ohio!!

I go here a fair amount because other than the 2 gas stations, it's the only place to get anything food/home related (ACE hardware stuff aside) without a 20 minute drive to the next town over. It's not always stocked well, and doesn't have any good variety either. But it's cheaper than the gas stations, and has some really helpful supplies like diapers and cereal.

Haphazardly organized and an odd selection of inventory but grocery items are cheaper thsn the neighboring IGA and the staff is friendly. There's also a friendly family of feral cats who live out back and they're pretty rad.

You know I never have any problems Gary and the girls are always ready to help me or anyone. I wanted rice and I didn't see it. Gary went back a got me a bag. I would like to see the store make a produce part have head lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers or maybe do lettuce already in a bag that's the only thing I can think of you all don't have. But I really LOVE DOLLAR GENERAL..

Charged for Items on my credit card that the cashier said didn't go through. I had to call card company to resolve the issue, because even though I showed them the proof on my phone that the transaction completed, and told them maybe the register had a problem, or something on thier end, I was treated like a scam artist and a criminal, over $12 they seemed to get pleasure and gratification in me being upset with the situation. Wouldnt even try to check if there was a problem on thier end. I will definitly pay the extra money next door when I need to pick up a few items. This store and it's employees make our community look bad. You would think after a while they would remember peoples faces. I only go in this place three or four times a week for the past six years. Not like we have a huge selection of stores in our town. I think my family and I are going to start spending our money in Lancaster or Millersport.

Always super friendly staff. Only issue is that it's not very handicap friendly. I had a hard time getting a wheelchair through some of the aisles.

No mask, no problem. Apparently they don't require masks for their cashiers but as you're checking out they look at you with a dumb look on their face and ask if it bothers you that they don't have a mask on. No of course not, please spread Covid all over everything I'm buying.

The dollar General in Baltimore, Ohio is out of date and needs to be updated! I went there yesterday and it was the first store that I couldn't use my S8+ to pay for my stuff! Samsung pay is able to be used everywhere except apparently Dollar General! Never had problems anywhere. Another thing is this store doesn't have a lot of things others have which has made me almost avoid the store except every couple months! I rather go to Meijer 13 miles away and avoid Dollar General. Being a small town and only store prices are higher than even Meijer on a lot of things!

Dollar general store in Baltimore Ohio is one of the nicest store I have been in I am so glad that there is one close by my son's I spend a lot of money there with my grandkids and I absolutely love the people who work there ❤️

This DG moved and is now a DG plus by the local elementary school. Best thing that's came to Baltimore with fresh fruit and actual food. AMAZING!!!

We love IHOP food was great if I had to say anything negative it would be the people standing around close to the registers talking close to our tables distracting.
