The 2 young adults working the register ROCKED! Names on the receipts were Ava and Isaiah. They are wonderful! It seemed like Ava was new which we were totally ok and patient while she navigated the system. The lady in the kitchen who SCREAMED at them every chance she got needs an attitude adjustment. The kitchen forgot one of my meals. No big deal I nicely told the kid at the register and the lady started yelling through the window at me that I clearly didn’t order it. I said yes I did she argued that I’d have to pay for it if I wanted food. I said it’s right here on my receipt I’m missing part of my order and she got so mad and started screaming. Then screamed at the kids again bc the kitchen yelled out an order number, the workers at the register yelled it out too but bc the customer didn’t run up to get it right away the register workers got yelled at for not yelling numbers. To the teens and young adults who were working tonight you all rocked it! I’m hoping that lady was just having a rough day but you could see it on all their faces they were humiliated and frustrated.

The food was good but the burgers were plain. Wish they had lettuce and tomatoes on them. The best part were the fries and milk shakes.

This DQ is brand new and looks fantastic. We went inside tonight to check it out and take a couple pictures. O yeah and to get a couple Oreo blizzards, quick service and great employee interaction. We will be back for sure our new DQ for my family!

Been a regular customer at this restaurant for the past 9 months since it opened, was good until i got under cooked hamburger, No fries with the combo. And added whipped topping when asked not to and had to ask for the return of my credit card. And they weren't even busy.

This is an edit, but I'll leave the original review that was good below. Stopped there Sat night, was not busy at all. Ordered a double cheese combo with fries n shake. Added lettuce and onion. The burger had about 8 little shreds of lettuce and 1 thin onion slice for which I'm sure they charged me. The worst part is the fries came with a giant onion ring on top that had to have been put there purposely since it covered the entire top of the fries (see pic below). It may be all the teenagers having fun, but it is unacceptable to mess with someone's food and I didn't trust it after that. I called, but the manager sort of defended this behavior by saying "no way was it a joke". It was either done on purpose, or the person that served it is blind. Won't return.Original review: It was busy but the line went fast and the food was good and fresh. How convenient to have a DQ in the country for when I go to Newark. 🤣

The reason why I give this two star because it's a new restaurant one. Two food was mediocre wasn't the best. Service was awesome the best service I had in a long time. The absence fear the way the place looked and the way the place smelled right dirty tables everyone in the restaurant was dirty food on the floor in the dining area where the customer sit the pop machine was beyond disgusting. The front counter where they hand you your food on plastic trays was nasty looking flies inside the restaurant if they would clean up their act I would recommend it but this is a new dairy Queen in Baltimore Ohio it should be taking better care of and more pride put into the dairy Queen way. Pretty sure this is a franchise restaurant so when you're thinking franchise what do you think

DQ was busy tonight after the Baltimore Christmas Parade, but it doesn’t excuse the rude attitude I received from the employee that took my order in the drive thru.Not only did she rush me through my order saying “can I get you anything else“ every time I ordered a meal for one of my three party members.To top things off I hear the staff giggling in the background.She went on to say “there was a lot going on” after I had to repeat myself multiple times.It doesn’t excuse her rushing my family thru and the rude attitude.Food was good and hot as always.I would appreciate a little more respect. It goes a long way and will boost customer satisfaction.

Got the chicken sandwich. Which is now two small chicken strips on a small bun. Asked for no mayo. It was slathered in mayo. Fries were rock hard and old. Went back through. Had to wait in line. Other food got cold.Never had food that wasn't fresh there before.30 dollars for a 4 chicken strip. Fries. Sandwich. Ice cream. Bleh. Saddened by this experience when usually we drive 20 miles further to go to this location instead of the one 5 minutes from my homeThey also made the banana split about half the size it was before.

I genuinely believe it's the best Dairy Queen I've been to over the past 40 years UPDATE: I literally believe this location is the best fast food location I have ever been to. The staff is always amazing. The food is always hot and perfect. I'm not a fan of fast food typically, but this place has become at least a monthly stop for me.

Very grateful for this location. This is a heavily traveled intersection away from so much so it's a quick stop to get something quick to eat (gas up across the street) and get back on the road. This is a beautiful, super pristine new building and parking lot with plenry of parking spaces but also room for drive-thru traffic. The menu/reader boards are well lit and easy to read. Someone sunk some money into this location! The food is now a bit hit or miss. At times it's super hot or like today, luke warm. I will add one thing that bugs me to no end. Please, please consider not overfilling blizzard cups. If I'm going thru the drive thru and I am handed a cup with ice cream all over the outside, and napkins and a spoon are partially wrapped around the cup, it's a no win for the customer right out of the gate. The napkins are ruined and I have a mess in my drink cup....and that's BEFORE I even remove the lid. Happens every single time. The blizzards are always great, other than this aspect.Parking: Huge parking lot, lots of room for drive-thru line.

Literally hands down the best Dairy Queen, maybe even best fast food restaurant I have been to yet!!! The staff was sweet as can be, and the ice cream was even sweeter!! I live 45 minutes from them, but I am tempted to drive back up just to have another one of their amazing Chocolate Malts!!! Our Dairy Queen sucks, Baltimore’s DQ is AWESOME!! Thank you so much!!!

This place is pretty great. I've been going to dairy Queen in different locations for years and this is one of the friendliest and cleanest. Check them out great food and awesome ice cream.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 meal it was disgusting the burger patties were burnt to a crisp couldn't even eat them and most of the toppings were not even in the bun but just laying in the box my dogs wouldn't even eat the bacon I will never go here again I can't believe a restaurant would even consider serving food like this

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal for the asking price of $6.99. The price was a bit high but thought not much of it since usually I get a drink and all the fixings at that price. The guy at the window was rude, giving me attitude when I asked why I was being charged $7.99, a dollar more. The manager stepped in and was at least decent about my question but the young kid was agitated. By the time after I got my meal I was done with whole situation in general. I was leaving, but forgot my drink. The guy laughs saying "don't you want your drink?" taunting it in my face in the most cynical way. I grab it and drove off. They have overcharged me in the past before, but due to time limitation for my lunch break, I did not have time to go back.I used to go to this Dairy Queen often on my routes during the week regularly. Not anymore! I don't need to pay the wrong prices and rude service!
