I love this Ace hardware. I like that they employ younger generations. Meaning kids right out of high school or maybe even still in high school, I'm not sure. I know they're young and I think that's cool because it gives them an opportunity to begin their journey into the working field. All employees here are very welcoming starting from being greeted as soon as you walk in the door. To having all the information that you need for what you're looking for. I've been here several times since I've moved to Baltimore and have always had a good experience. It's nice too because they have little odds and ends hardware that you don't typically always find at your bigger hardware stores. Thanks Ace Hardware.

I've shopped here and used their handyman services and have always had excellent services and products. I worked with Rick and Stewart on some small projects at my grandmother's home and they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Stewart did wonderful work on the projects and my grandmother couldn't have been happier. I would 10/10 recommend them.

I do not recommend this store! My kitchen cabinets were purchased through this store. They showed up with cracked doors and peeling sides. I was told by Rick that this is normal with painted cabinets. When I sent him pictures of other cabinet doors from a different manufacturer that did not have cracked doors he stopped responding to my emails. Poor customer service!

I have to admit, I've always been a big box store shopper. I'm always trying to find a good deal. However I have been visiting Ace in Baltimore lately to avoid crowds and it is true. Smaller store means more customer service. I'm very impressed with the knowledge and service that I received with my last few visits. I plan to support them more in the future. It's great to know customer service still exist. God knows you can never find anybody at the big stores and when you do they don't even know what a light bulb is. I highly recommend this location.

I had ordered a new mower online with pickup at this store. When I received notice that it had shipped and I checked with store, it was there and I could pick it up anytime. When I got there, not only was it all set up for me, the guy put it into my car. Great service and support.

The Hardware Stores of Hardware Stores. Clean, organized, knowledgeable staff, great selection of inventory....and So much more could be said of this establishment. Great lumber for your building needs. I could just go on and on. If you are local you are a lucky person to have such a great store close by, if you aren’t, it is worth the drive to check them out.

My wife and daughter shopped this morning, found what they needed, put their basket on the checkout counter when this man cut in front of my wife....the man behind the counter stepped out to help the man find his fencing and didn't return to ring up my wife.At best, he forgot, at the worst, he was simply disrespectful...this cost them out future business.

Employees are very courteous and helpful. If you need assistance with anything they are also very "present" and knowledgeable. Unlike trying to find someone in Lowe's, Home Depot, or Menards where your lucky to find someone, let alone someone who can actually assist you with what your looking for or have a question about. Pricing is also competitive with the big home improvement stores.

Good local hardware & home improvement store. It's possible to be in & out of the store in the same amount of time as parking at a big box store. They also have some lumber & building supplies. Special orders are possible for items that are not in the store. Sometimes customers are greeted by a friendly store dog, which is the cherry on top for me.

The worst customer service I have ever received from an Ace Hardware. In the 12 years we have been going to this location I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. We tried to open up a business account since we were spending $340 today, but you would of thought we were trying to steal from them for asking to start a business account before their lunch break. Hakuna Mowtata will never return to purchase a single item from this ACE Hardware ever again after being treated like an inconvenience. The disappointment is unimaginable. We hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else after this review. Respect and communication go hand in hand when operating a business.

I use this store as much as possible, I try to avoid the big box stores. Always friendly people available to help, and a very good inventory. They also have an indoor lumber yard, which is helpful.

Forgot to bring my circular saw to a job site and called to see if they had one I could borrow for the day. They did not have it at the store that day but they took the time to look for it and were willing to lend it to me.

The staff are very helpful,know there store backwards where everything is and if they dont have it they can get it dosen't matter how large or small the item is they go out of there way to find it. Thumbs up rick and the other rick are there to help what more can you ask and it's just round the corner.
