Horrible horrible operation!!! No one knows what's going on or thats part of their scam. Don't waste your time unless you want taken advantage. I asked to call before any major work done. Ignored completely. They had my NHL218 Skid Steer for 4 months for some basic maintenance. 1200 labor charge on a 2000k dollar bill. They have zero, zero documentation to support the labor other than, "we had a tough time with the electrical work"??? Again, zero documentation justifying the labor charge. They returned my skid steer missing one of the red locking/unlocking pins for the hydraulic release.

Got my parts that I order in oct in Feb that they were supposed to get in Jan but some how forgot to call me when they were in oh and they said they lost. Bought a new tractor also from them. What a joke. I wouldn't waste your time there

I do not recommend this place they sold us a junk square baler and they kept billing us for no reason after we already paid the bill on the parts and the maintenance of the hay baler.This place is a JOKEI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
