It actually used to be my go to because of the convenience and supporting locals that work there, however, the new system that they have installed throughout the chain for payment doesn't work..... so if you rarely have cash and use a card... keep it moving because you're wasting your time....

The store was filthy, merchandise strewn about in every isle on the shelves and on the floors, disorganized and difficult to find what I was needing. The staff smelled like marijuana, which is legal in Ohio, but very unprofessional and offputting. Said staff was helpful when I asked where to find something, which is why they even got 1 star. However I will avoid returning to this particular store just because it was inconvenient being forced to walk over and around merchandise on the floor throughout the store.

Very very disappointed in this place every time I go in there after work the line is crazy long they don’t offer to open up another register they don’t even care. The place is a disaster. cluttered all over the isle. If it had zero stars that’s what I would give it, the only thing positive I can say is the staff are very friendly. I attempted it again today, I turned around and walked back out, but I did hear someone ask the checkout clerk to ask for help and their answer was “she’s too busy” they don’t care about the convenience of the customer. I will be contacting Dollar General corporate office to complain because it is getting ridiculous.

The only thing I can say is it is convenient. But you always have to wait in a long line. Because they only open one cash registet open. If you go, except a long wait. Never go if you are in a hurry.

Workers are usually rude and short. But the store is okay. Also the new self checkout method is terrible and takes forever…and no one helps you when your light is flashing. I avoid this place now.

This is an extremely busy store but also a messy store. The night I went in the credit card machine was only working for EBT but no notice of that until you got to the register. Luckily I had cash on me, which I normally don't have.

Love Bainbridge dollar general have alot of things you need without driving out of town or an hour away to get them .only improvement in recommend would be have more stock.
