I love this place and I’m always satisfied when I leave. Erica does a FANTASTIC job grooming my standard poodle. She is very attentive to detail and makes sure her nails. teeth ears are done. Of course it’s extra, but with the great service I’m getting it’s worth every penny! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I trust Erica with my pup. She’s awesome, caring and loves everyone’s puppies!

Always find what our dogs' need. Staff is very helpful. Chloe is a great trainer and our mini bernadoodle enjoys her time with Sami and looks so cute after her grooming.

Don't waste your time going here to buy fish. Go somewhere that you can actually be helped and get what you need. It's not that hard to sell goldfish. Many pet stores do it. In today's world - rude staff is what gets your store closed down, just take a look around. I spend over $100 and buy a fancy bearded dragon and you decide to have a problem with gold fish, I definitely see an issue. Not once asking how the bearded dragon was going to be taken care of. I'm sorry but I'm laughing so hard right now. I've had fish my whole life - get real. I have 5 fish tanks in my home, one being a 55 gallon- plenty big enough. I went down the street and got what I needed, no thanks to Petsmart- but you see money in their pocket. Petsmart -start training your staff correctly before bankruptcy knocks at your door as well. Then when you have corporate call and they don't care, you can tell its fake. People are not dumb. Great training. By the way my fish are doing great.

I was at Target next door to this pet store & a group of kids were near me being loud & I just see a mouse fall hard onto the floor out of their hands because it bit one of them and peed. I can only assume it came from this pet store. Please watch who you give your animals to. The poor thing was shaken up.

I took my precious doodle here for a haircut and because of the reviews I had a groomer named "Brittany S" groom her I was so scared to allow someone near her after her last groom. Somewhere else. Brittany was so sweet and caring towards my 2 year old doodle. She called me with updates and I got her a nice spa day. The total came out to $118 which is less then our old groomer which we LOVE and her haircut was better as well. We did notice that TIPS were only in cash so we did bring that as well as her rabies paperwork. I will only allow her to touch my babies from now on.

Brought my dog in for the first time, I usually take her to North Olmsted and will never return to this location. Manager is extremely rude! Also, my dog is always excited upon pick up and the car ride home and she was not this time around.

I brought my 6 month old puppy Ginger to grooming for first time. Brittany S was amazing with her! I was nervous about how Ginger would do but Brittany reassured me with her conversation about dogs especially her love of "puppy energy". I felt at ease leaving Ginger there. When I picked her up she looked amazing and happy! Thanks so much Brittany. We will see you in a couple weeks.

The grooming salon here is absolutely terrible! They charge extra for services not asked for and charge for services not done, the manager of the grooming salon was so unhelpful and made it clear it was not going to help make it right. After getting my pups home I discovered the dog that they refused to cut his hair because he snipped at the groomer when she was doing his feet, was likely because she cut one of his nails all the way down to the paw pad and they didn’t even cut the other pups nails that was paid for.I have been bringing my 4 pups to the one in North Olmsted and Medina for years now and have had a wonderful experiences, do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to one of them!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lila and Chloe spent time with my 3 year old , myself and my husband who knows nothing about fish . On top of that all the fish and animals are kept really well and treated really well. I’m beyond impressed as a big animal activist and lover.

Clean, modern, well laid out to be able to quickly find things. Stock for cats and dogs is extensive! Prices are reasonable from inexpensive items to advanced needs. While there I bought a collar for my cat, and there was a laser kiosk that engraved it while I watched- and that ID tag was beautiful. About 20 for both collar and custom engraved name/address/phone tag for my cat (yes, she's chipped too).All kinds of supplies for birds, hamsters, rabbits, here too. Great 1 stop shop.

Brittany did a great job!!I took my doodle in for a groom and he came out looking like a whole new dog. She not only did a super amazing job but also seemed like she really cared about my dog making sure he was comfortable there. I will be a returning customer, and I will recommend that all of my friends see Brittany at Petsmart.

Took my cavapoo puppy for grooming appt. They were friendly upon arrival and I was excited for the care of my pup. However when I first came back two hours later to check in they told me it would be another hour and a half so I went home. They called 20 minutes later to say she was done. Then price I was told when booking was $10 more plus an additional $10 fee for brushing and matting, ok fine. When they brought her out, after I already paid I realized they didn’t even cut her fur! I paid for a full haircut and bath to find out they only gave her a trim. This was my first grooming experience and I am very very disappointed.

Brittany and the entire Grooming staff were so sweet and accommodating to my senior Havanese. They asked all the right questions to make sure she was as comfortable and I truly appreciated it! I couldn’t recommend them more! I will certainly be back! Thank you guys so much! Bug looks great!

Great place for dog grooming, The groomer named Brittany did an amazing job on my dog! Best I've seen and great price! Would definitely recommend to go to her for your pups! thx again Brittany!

i scheduled appointment online for grooming and they changed the price with out telling me, charged me special handling because my dog wouldn't stand on command for them (hes one), then ignored the blade I wanted them to use they shaved my doodle and then shaved only half of the tail. It was ridiculous and also charged me nail cutting when they are literally same length and look exactly the same as when I took him in. If i could give 0 stars I would. When I asked about the fee they just said oh my manager made me put it on he wouldn't stand..... Don't go for grooming.

Quite large and clean. There were dead beta fish in the beta display near the entrance when I went… as if beta fish displays weren’t depressing enough to start with. There was misleading signage suggesting discounts on items that weren’t actually on sale. Ended up leaving annoyed and empty handed.

Young girl at register Dec 19th at 1:15 pm. I Had a question about a dog jacket..."Don't know"Asked her about a light on the jacket..." I would not know" she did not even offer to help. No greet when I walked to counter. Zero customer service skills. Petco staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. This store has very little selection of dog jackets. Came last wknd for Santa photo op. Zero Customer Service. The Santa spoke zero words and just sat there with his natural hair showing. Went to Cabela's - That santa was great. Spoke to us and our dog. The staff had a squeek toy to get her attention. Prob won't return as there are better options.
