This store is so clean and organized with well stocked items. The sales associates are always kind and helpful. They have a rewards card and regular sales. I enjoy shopping there for my cat, ‘grand dog’ and ‘grand cat’ !

Our pup was muddy because our yard turns into a swamp in the spring and the pup loves to dig and run through the mud. She gets it on her white paws and white chest, which makes her smelly and dingy looking. We also are not good at clipping her nails because she is squirmy and doesn’t like it at all. The groomers at Avon Petco were amazing. She looked beautiful with a good bath and brush out. Her nails were our biggest concern so we will be taking her back to have them done at Petco.

I went into the Store to get a harness for my dog. I was confronted by one of the workers telling me that it was not a good idea to get a harness for my dog. Then I went and grabbed a collar for my dog, and then she persuaded me not to get that either. I didn’t ask for any information. If I wanted information, I would’ve asked for it. I felt like this person was confronting me and all I was trying to do was replace what was Broken. The individual didn’t understand the kind of dog I had. Meaning, if they are known the kind of dog I had, they would understand what I am doing.

I went to buy a pygmy hamster yesterday I had no idea what to to buy as far as taking care of my new little friend. Fortunately, I had the best experience with a girl named Kylie that knew all about hamsters. She helped me with toys, food, bedding, and other supplies I needed for my little guy. I was amazed at the amount of information she gave me about hamsters and the care of hamsters. Kylie is definitely a keeper!!

Everything you need for domestic pets. My 3 year old loves going in and seeing all the fishes, reptiles, and rodents. The staff is super pleasant and extremely helpful. My daughter caught a toad in the yard, so I bought a tank. Now we have 2 baby toads, Kermit and LoLo.

I just wanted to say, I absolutely loved having pictures with Santa on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who helped put this event together. I was so happy to bring my cat this year. I also wanted to say an employee named Paula was so helpful, nice and over all a delight to speak with, she was very knowledgeable wi th products and was a joy to talk with. Got a tank stand and accessories for our new fish tank. Good selection of stuff and friendly staff. Only thing bad was online prices were way lower than at checkout? The cashier will corrected the price but only if you bring up the price difference to them.

Lauren is absolutely amazing. She sent me updates on Willow and did her best with her being so nervous about her first time with a groomer here. She even gave us homework to help make willow more comfortable at the groomer to make the appointments go by safer.

Mainly a dog and fish store, prices high and someone PLEASE tell Avon Petco to not sell parrots. Or, if they must, get them out of the back corner encased in glass where they get no socializing or much interaction of any kind. It's awful how you guys keep such a social creature hidden away in a low/no traffic area.

Petco was wonderful but our vetco vet was rude and tried to act like I was horrible because my dog was 4-5 lbs overweight. I'll be going back, I will just confirm it's not Farmer DVM doing the treatment.

Only place i get my litter for my cats. They have reusable containers and you get discounts for using them. Plus their vital care rewards are worth it. Ive saved a ton of money already. Very clean establishment. Very friendly employees. Never had an issue with anything there honestly.

Petco has stopped carrying the quality treat that my dog loves. The clerk was nice and told me what store still carries it. Shame on Petco for moving to cheap treats that are a poorer quality/

I usually go to Petco for convenience because it’s very close to my house. This time I was surprised by how expensive they are compared to other places. I brought 20 small fresh water fishes for my aquarium and paid 2.79/ fish. Local stores usually have the same fishes for 1.59-1.69 / fish. Petco prices are 60% more than you pay in other places in this case so, be careful and research before stepping into this place.

I am a Vital rewards member…the JustForDogs food that I buy is less expensive if bought online and picked up in store. I have TWO GoldenDoodles with allergies who eat a lot. I need all the help I can get when it comes to saving money. The “seasonal” flavor isn’t offered online. I had to pay full price with only my 10% off with Vital Care. I buy frequently and spend a great deal on fresh frozen dog food. Had I been able to buy online, I could have saved an additional 20%. I explained this to the cashier and she didn’t seem to care. It wasn’t an option online or I would have bought it online. I’m not happy about paying full price when I know I can get it for less if bought online and picked up in store! I should have been given the additional percentage off.
