I took my 10 month old bermise mini doodle for a bath and groom. Manager called and said Brutus is terrified and it took 2 hours to get him out of the cage. Should have called me I don't want my dog to be terrified. They want me to give him drugs to calm him down.i did this last time and it didn't work. I expect to be notified if my dog is terrified. On top of that they charged me $200Ridiculous and I foolishly gave a tip. NEVER AGAIN

Great staff! Took Lilly to get her nails trimmed and it was done in less than 10 minutes!!! Wow! Recommend it!

New customer and can't say enough. Took our chocolate lab Duncken and yorkie Oliver Friday for their first visit. They looked great!!!! Oliver is still a puppy and his groomer gave me some ideas to help him get accustomed to the grooming process. Can't wait for their next visit. Thank you to a friendly and caring staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Polished Paws! Not only do they do a beautiful job grooming but they genuinely care about all of the dogs and work tirelessly to give them a positive experience.I've taken a brand new puppy in to learn from the beginning to enjoy being groomed and the staff was so kind to work with us so he can enjoy being pampered.I've also taken an older dog who has a troubled past and never been groomed. He was very scared and they did an incredible job with him, dedicating extra people to feed him treats and gave me a complete break down of how he did.I always know my dogs will come out looking gorgeous and being spoiled and cared for. So many friends have had "bad hair cuts" on their goldens and cavaliers and I can attest to always having incredible results on these demanding breeds here!Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Nicole and team!

We rescued a very floofy cat and he needs regular grooming. April is so patient and has built trust with him so that she is able to completely groom him. It took a few visits but she has won him over! Highly recommend this business- everyone is so friendly and accommodating.

I paid 95 dollars for a car hair cut.He's been going to this salon for a few years. For the last 3 years it's been around $70 for haircut and bath. (Which I think is reasonable)Today he went in for a haircut ONLY and my total was $95.. the lady at the front desk told me their prices go up every year!!!!!!!!That is outrageous.Really loved this place. Not anymore

First time taking my Goldendoodle Luna here and they do not disappoint. She was absolutely perfect they are friendly and kind to the all animals not just dogs. Get your puppy pampered here they are worth every penny.

My German Shepherd looks fantastic. For the few extra dollars , the results are FAR better than other salons. His nails were not just blunt cut. They were rounded and smoothed and cut short enough . His ears were cleaned. His fur is completely free of any remaining winter undercoat. He's soft and smells great. This is not the first time they did an exceptionally good job. He looks show ready.

Rebecca has be great for my mini dachshund!! By far the best service I have received. Make sure you book your appointments in advance or it's hard to get in. That's a good problem to have though and shows you how well they treat our furry friends!

Rebecca took on my 9 year old, completely neurotic 10 lb dog. He hates to be wet, hates being groomed, and is terrified of kennels. After a year of him biting everyone who tried to groom him, and subsequently being told to never bring him back, I was at my wits end as to what to do. I went to his vet and she recommended Polished Paws. Rebecca took my Chewy under her wing and exceeded all expectations!! He was fully groomed, uninjured and so was she!! AND she is willing to groom hi again!! I will never go anywhere again! Rebecca, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

My labradoodle visited for the first time yesterday and walked out looking better than he has in a while. He’s old and can’t stand for long periods of time, they explained the tubs reached the floor so he wouldn’t have a hard time. You could tell he felt good too. When I was picking up, the front desk employee was extremely rude, kept cutting me off and I could tell she had no desire to even hold a conversation with me. Also, no tipping on credit cards would have been nice to know before hand.

Just picked up my dog from Polished Paws grooming salon. She was dropped off this morning before I went to work. They knew they would have her for the day. The lady brought her out, and then noticed that my dog had been left in the crate so long that she had peed on herself. She is a well trained dog, crate trained as a puppy and has not went in the house since she was a baby. The lady that brought her out SAID they had forgotten to take her out. The poor thing peed for a good 2 minutes when I got her outside and drank a full bowl of water when she got home. They gave me excuses and even stated, maybe she was given a water bowl she spilled on herself. Apparently not. So she was there 8 hours with no bathroom break or water, and then they lied to me about it. The last time she went there, about 6 weeks ago, she caught kennel cough, when she is supposed to be vaccinated against it. We had already stopped using their daycare and boarding because we did not trust the care and the last vet we saw was very uncaring, it was not her usual vet. We have been going there for 5 years. The care has went down and down and is terrible now. I came home crying thinking about her stuck in that crate and knowing she was crying to be let out. The front desk lady said she did not know what to say except sorry and the one they brought out to 'talk' to me only lied. I am not a person that yells. We will not be using this organization again and I will make sure to tell everyone about the lousy care my dog received.

The facility is very nice and the people were all kind and welcoming. I had April groom my Shih Tzu this week. It was my first time bringing my dog for grooming he was supposed to received a bath, deep condition, a cut, nail trim, and ear hair removal. They forgot to pluck the hair from his ears and I did remember to ask for this before leaving. Everything else was done per my request. However, his cut is very odd. He has these patches where his hair is very long on his chest and the back of his neck. His face isn’t even. Under his right eye is way shorter then under his left and his mustache is way longer on the right then the left. I also said I wanted to keep a rounded puppy look and they took off his entire beard. Over all I had a decent experience and am hoping the groomer was just new and inexperienced. I will absolutely take my dog back and maybe try a different groomer.
