Can not say enough Great things about Four Legged Fashions. I wish every pup had her for a groomer. My pups Love her and we fondly call her Auntie J. Her technique in drying the pups is less stressful than other places. Been going to her for over 11 years and my pups and I couldn’t imagine not having her. I recommend her ALL the time, I completely trust her with my pups!

Unprofessional. I was a loyal customer - called and left a message 3 times over a week and a half period and never got a return call, until the owner responded to my 3rd call that her mother had medical issues, and maybe I needed to find another groomer because my 3rd call was questioning of whether I needed to find a new groomer? (She did disappear once before for about a year). I told her it would have been a better idea as a business person to change her business voicemail to alert her customers to her inability to call them back, rather than alienate her customers who felt ignored. It's called being a business person.

Janel is the best! She is excellent with my Havanese who is difficult to groom. Very responsive to calls and texts.
