Ashley is the best! She made my baby look and smell so so good. I only wish it was cheaper deals with regulars for grooming but other than that I can't say anything negative....thanks Ashley❤Leahmartin36

If you want a salon that cares for your pet and accommodates them when emergencies come up, this is not the place to come to. I had spoken to a groomer named Nicole who was very unprofessional and hung up on me when I was explaining that my dog had a medical emergency and was sick for the past month. When your pet is in a medical crisis, your first priority isn’t informing the grooming salon about not being able to come in. She rudely stated that this salon will no longer see my pet. The way this situation was handled was very unprofessional. I would like to trust the people who care for and groom my dog but to be treated with utter disrespect because I had not showed up the couple times that month because I was prioritizing my dogs health is completely unacceptable. So again, do not take your animals here unless you’re prepared to deal with groomers who instead of accommodating your pets, tell you that you are no longer welcome in that salon. You would think in the industry in caring for animals, you would be met with compassion in a health crisis, not rudeness and being hung up on while explaining your situation. This is just completely unacceptable.
