Was super nervous getting my pup groomed at my college town but they did an awesome job! One of the best grooms Louie’s ever gotten! They had the clipper guard sizes that a lot of grooms don’t have and were able to get him to exactly how I wanted!

Went in on Black Friday, I asked the employee to double check to make sure the reptile tank was really $100 like the label said because if so I had drive all the way back home to get my car to fit it in the back seat. And was told it was then when I went back and got my car we pulled it up to the register to buy then she told me it was actually $130 that the tag was mislabeled even though I was told it would be $100 so I didn’t buy it and she allowed my boyfriend to pull the L cart with the tank on it back to the shelf and watched us both struggle to place it back on the shelf. I thought typically if a product is labeled as a price you get it for that and especially when an employee tells you so. But maybe not but most frustrating thing wasted gas to come back home with nothing.

Just adopted an adorable kitty from here and Echo, helped us out incredibly. They gave us so much new information of products we didn't think about using for our kitty and had very good explanations for each product. But Echo was great help with the process and we are so happy with our kitty. Thank you Echo.

This PetSmart always has good deals and a great selection of toys, treats and food for a variety of pets. Perhaps most importantly, PetSmart always has cats up for adoption who are from the local shelter. The staff here are always nice and personable.

Limited selections in the fish dept.. there were several dead fish floating around , which was disappointing to see. That being said, I did see a fish I wanted and was going to buy it. However, the employee working that day didn't know how to do it... so unfortunately, I had to leave empty-handed. Otherwise the store seemed to be nice and clean and provided plenty of supplies for cats and dogs.

The groomers here are awesome! Everything my babes are using in this photo is from Petsmart and they love it. Between the toys, the massive pet bed and the cute little bandana from her grooming appointment, they are in heaven!

They injured my dog during grooming, mistakes happen, but then they tried to lie about it and say she was injured before she came in. A bold lie seeing as she couldn't put pressure on her leg after leaving petsmart and we had to make a $200 trip to the emergency vet. How could I trust them with my pets safety if they are willing to lie about my pets health to avoid giving out a refund.

Athens, OH PetsSmart called and cancelled my dogs grooming appointment the day before the scheduled appointment due to the reason that the groomer was leaving in a few days and they wanted to get more big dogs in over my dog who was a smaller one. I waited 2.5 weeks for an appointment during scheduled time off I took from work. Just overall poor customer service and didn’t even try accommodate another appt besides you can get on someone’s else cancel list or the next available which wasn’t during my time off I took off work. Don’t recommend this location. Poor customer service.

We brought Chloe our husky in for a bath, nail clipping and deshedding. The staff was super nice and very gentle with her. We will definitely be taking her back when she needs another spa day.

I went in here because I have a cat whom I love and adore. I wanted to see what they were about and I love them! The staff was really nice and clean when I walked into the store they immediately asked if I needed help I said yes and they with a smile helped me and then it was so easy to sign up for extra points for their store whenever I get cat stuff and it was so nice!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They answers questions about pet products. We had our dog groomed. They did a thorough brushing along with bath and nail trim. Our dog sheds a lot and he looks wonderful.

Sort of ignored this place for a while. Not big on chains. But the service is nice and friendly and most times offer you the online price which is always cheaper. I don't like to order online and they seem to understand. They have good deals especially on Black Friday. Have the dog groom for the first time in December and it's one of the best places I've been for grooming. It was a last-minute thing but the service was top-notch. You get the extras for very little more.

I am always happy to come to this PetSmart store! The employees are always helpful and have good advice on what I may need to get for my critters. The store is also clean and well organized and I love the selection they have. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how this store is run! :)

Wonderful, really great store, they support the Athens County Dog shelter and rescue cats and rabbits as well. The prices were amazing and the selection was the best we've seen in town.

Petsmart is a amazing store to shop cause I have a Lil dog who is my kid n she deserves the best of stuff n they have such good things for her. They have great food, clothesline and items at great prices. The employees are so friendly and helpful to me ☺️ and I love it. I recommend you get ur pet's things at this store.

Take my dogs here very frequently to get groomed. They always accommodate me well with my 2 dogs and do a great job and take good care of them. Book ahead because they fill up fast.

I've went in here a couple of times and I'm not sure why but I never have any luck here. My experience is they are overpriced and not helpful. I prefer Fish N' Stuff. I'm not overly fond of Petland either but even they aren't as bad. They're more helpful and prices are a little more reasonable.
