Ordered over the phone for a budget of $50 and charged for $62 and change. Ask for nice arrangement and the person we sent them to sent us a picture of a $30 arrangement.

My husband and I were looking for a local florist in the Athens area. We are in NJ. We could not be more pleased with their service, product and delivery. We ordered a centerpiece for Thanksgiving and a Christmas arrangement. The flowers were fresh and lasted long. The pricing was in line with other florists.

Tasha at Jack Neal Foral did an amazing job helping me with my wedding flowers! She prepared me ahead of time about my original choice as they might not work. Best experience and highly recommend them if you are shopping for flowers in the Athens area. Tasha was the sweetest and absolutely went out of her way to help. I unfortunately live out of town, however grew up in Athens and my mom had to put a family pet down today. Tasha went above and beyond to make her day that much brighter and make sure she got flowers to her the same day (even with me calling in mid afternoon.) She took it one step further and even texted pictures of the arrangement, without me even expecting or asking her to do so. Tasha I can't thank you enough, you are such a wonderful person.

Valentines day delivery. Went in at 7pm on the day of. Picked up the flowers myself. Gave me 3 roses in addition but not the extra 8 bucks I paid for delivery. Don't get flowers from here. They need to go out of business

This service provided me with a late delivery that was given to a random neighbor instead of the person intended. My wife tried to track down the neighbor and finally got the flowers right before she had to get to sleep to catch a flight. Useless.When I called in to get some kind of compensation or even just an apology, I was brushed off and never given a follow-up call.

Poor customer service. Ordered Valentine’s Day flowers to be delivered and they didn’t arrive until almost 11pm. Tried to call but was unable to get in contact with an employee after numerous attempts. I’d have gone to the store in person if possible but I work outside of the area and these were meant to be a gift.
