The pharmacy is never open when they say they are, typically because they have closed half an hour to an hour early than their posted hours. I literally have to triple check before I go and still they will not be open. I hate this pharmacy but it’s the closest one that my insurance will take.

Another CVS location told me my meds were not in stock but that they were in this CVS. When I called, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and told me I have no idea what I’m talking about as I tried to explain what I had just heard from the other CVS. I asked if she would double check inventory and she said it would be a waste of time. I spoke to a supervisor and the supervisor didn’t seem to have issue with the way I was spoken to.

You can call and ask a simple question and they will hang up the phone I asked multiple times for help and no one will help. They never have prescriptions ready for pickup.

Appearently this CVS has different return policies than every other CVS. I purchased a makeup product and opened it (did not use it) and realized I had bought the wrong color so went to return it about 10 minutes later. I was told that they cannot do returns on opened products. I have made this mistake before and always been able to return the items. The manager was very rude about the situation and told me no returns are allowed on makeup products. I researched their return policy online which said all makeup products should be able to be returned. Clearly they only care about money, not their customers or happiness with products.

Pharmacist was very professional and kind. He was charming to my 23 yr old disabled daughter who was infatuated with both him and the store’s music. We all felt very good about our visit. Thank you to this small town uptown pharmacy for their personal care.

Went in today because I wanted to go to Cvs to get some things to have a spa day and the older manager lady was so completely rude. She basically told me I shouldn’t be there because of the corona fiasco. Lady, I get the risk of going into public places but you’re the one who decided to go to work today at a public place so fix your attitude. I have 1/2 a mind to call CVS head quarters and complain and report her because I have never been treated so badly and felt so belittled before. Don’t talk to a college educated student like she’s 5 years old.

Went to get COVID testing, of which I scheduled an appointment days in advance. I had to wait two hours in the parking lot because my information “wouldn’t clear” and all of the nurses simultaneously went on a lunch break. I would highly advise testing elsewhere.

Only place in Athens that needs an entire background check to sell an adult flu medicine. Also conveniently the only accessible or walkable health store in Athens to college students. Athens is already unaccessible enough.
