They stock lots of great merch. It's always cool in there on a hot day. Perplexing why they're not open after the game too. Hats are nice but very expensive. This is the place to go for tshirts and stuff.

I have always had a great experience here, especially with the text book manager Cathi Schwalbauch. I came to Cathi this past spring semester with an issue regarding my friends textbook. Cathi went out of her way to help us in anyway she could, checking in on us repeatedly, and keeping us updated. In the end Cathi was able to help us out, always being patient and very kind throughout the whole process. She has definitely secured my business with the book store in the future. If anyone is up for recognition or a raise, Cathi should be up first!

College book store is the place I go first. The store atmosphere gives off the vibe of being family owned and all local as compared to the chain store feel of some other places. The store has everything and is always first to have event merchandise (OU sports games, etc)

They have terrible and unclear return policies. I purchased an organic chemistry book on Friday and attempted to return the book the following Monday. The book was still wrapped in the protective clear paper and I had my receipt. I paid $220 for the book and they said they would not refund me any of my money back but they would gladly take the book. First and last time buying books from College Bookstore.
