Incoming freshman: If I could do one favor for you it would be saving you from spending your money here. I bought a laptop here with the Safeware warranty which was a huge mistake. My laptop had a minor issue, the company sent it back with more issues. I received a manager from Bobcat Depot saying that I had to pay out of pocket for the damages or get my laptop salvaged. Please shop somewhere else when looking for a laptop or risk spending a lot more.

The location in Baker Center (the student center, not the one we all know, but the new facility) is ideal. The store is in a good spot on the ground floor. I was disappointed in the clothing section both for prices (too expensive) and for the limited selection.With the closure of the University Book Store up on Court Street, alternatives to buy OU themed clothing are dwindling. This option proved to be disappointing. However, the store is attractive and well stocked with a variety of items students may need.

The help desk at bobcat depot is very easy to use, walk up service. It makes it easy for staff and students to fix software and network issues on their laptops and phones. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. No additional cost!

Terrible experience avoid this place if you can. There was a slight mix up with a service and I thought the manager would be accommodating but I was wrong. She just walked out without resolving the situation or providing any explanation. It was extremely disheartening to see a manager act this way towards customers. You are much better off going to an apple store and using the student discount there.

Not many reviews but listen to them. No ability to track packages, no reason it takes 2 weeks (their guesstimate) to ship mints, napkins, and a dipoma frame. Needless to say, all items were ordered a week early (live in ohio & only 3 hours away), none of the items will make it in time for party and was told no-refund. Simple, low-cost technology enhancements exist. Investing in them will more than make-up for the cost due to increased business.

Read the return policy! If you bought a new device you are unable to return it if it isn't what you need or expect because of the ludicrous return policy. If you even turn on the device the device is no longer refundable. In case the product you are about to buy isn't the over a $1000 price tag you want. Go to a different store.

Made many a purchases here as a student and as alum. I recommend getting their insurance here for your laptop or any device because it's worth it for the 4 years and getting winter apparel here for your students.

If you are looking for friendly customer service, avoid this place!!! The store was empty and the fact I walked in was a major inconvenience. I need a background check for a university position and they only offer them at 8-4 because you know, that’s super convenient for working people.

Very helpful with getting a new laptop. The employee was very knowledgeable and willing to help. The IT service desk was also very helpful in installing more RAM and helping me set up the laptop.

The Bobcat Depot is expensive, but every once in a while, the staff can fix your computer. There have been plenty of moments when I thought my computer was dust in the wind, by the tech gurus at the Bobcat Depot were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem.

Great place to go if you're looking for a new Mac/apple product in general (or pc), especially if you work for OU, as you get a $100 discount on Macs.
