I always have a great customer experience at this Ace Hardware. The staff greets you as you come in and ask if they can help you find anything, every time. They are super helpful and knowledgeable about even the minutiae in the inventory.I am almost always amazed at the amount of selection they have on small hardware parts. Most of the time they have a wider selection than Lowes.

Can’t say enough about how this store is the epitome of why we should shop local. Greg the Manager offered invaluable insight and helped me make the Stihl chainsaw that for my needs. Stopped back today and sales associate Ray went above and beyond to help with with my compressor questions. Ray listened to my questions, found me the products that I needed - and came out to the parking lot to help install the components. This is NOT the type of service you’ll likely find at a big box store. Thank you so much. Your assistance means everything.

Friendly service and hard to find parts always available. I needed my lawnmower blade sharpened and they did it for me for three dollars!!! Also whenever I need help figuring out how to fix one of my lawn care pieces of machinery they are always there to offer their advice.

The customer service that Crystal Jones provides in the gun shop inside of C&E Hardware is outstanding. Her and her employees are always willing to help you find what your looking for. The quality and price range of the Firearms that she has in stock works for every budget. If Crystal doesn't have what you need or want she will go out of her way to find it for you. The next time you are in the market for a firearm i highly suggest you go visit Crystal at the gun shop inside C&E Hardware.

C & E True Value Hardware is a great old fashioned hardware store with all the small items you need. It was fun just walking around to see everything they had to offer. It has friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Jerry has done a superb job with the hardware store which is much much more. There hasn't been a time that I went in there and they didn't have what I was looking for and I was find something else that I needed and snag it as well. Great job C&E!!!

Weirdest encounter I've had at a store in a while. I went in looking for a 3 pole Siemens 70amp breaker and the guy walks me back there and says are you lying to me, that sounds industrial? And I'm like....? No, I'm running a 3 phase heater, and yes it's industrial. And he proceeds to look at me funny. As we walk to the front a few minutes later he says some thing inaudible that ends with "..... Lying to me. If one more person lies to me today I'm going to crack some skulls" . Mind you, I have NEVER been in there before. So I was completely uncomfortable and I will surely steer clear of that place. Creepy.

The place is over priced as it is and yet i supported the local business. Never again will they get my business. Went there for a bar for the chainsaw ask the employee for help. Long story short they would not exchange it with the lady at the counter knowing i was just there a couple days before that. Not only did they not have the right bar there but the guy gave me the wrong one knowing it. Place is no good take a 5 minute ride down the road and get what you need on state st.
