My dog Milo loves going to Remi Roos. They always set him up to look so cute and really take the time to make sure he gets the cut and wash exactly how we like for it to be on him. Not to mention, they take such good care of him while he’s waiting for a cut or to be picked up. He gets to run around and play with new friends while he’s there. We are moving away from the area, but will gladly drive 30 mins one way each month to continue bringing him here because they’re reliable, have amazing staff, and great skills. Keep it up ladies! 😊

This sweet girl always loves her bath days. She get super excited when we go and always smells amazing afterwards. Amazing service and super friendly staff as well. I will never trust my baby girl with anyone else.

I took my dog here yesterday and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and they did a great job! He smelt clean and was super soft and at the end he was happy. He does not like baths because of a negative experience he had at a different groomer but they said he did good and if he is happy, I’m happy! Will definitely be bringing him here again and referring multiple people 😊

I was a happy customer at Remi Roos for a long time. However, lately she has been unfriendly and this week was just a nasty person. I got pulled over on my way there and was a little late at no fault of my own. When I walked in I immediately apologized and explained what happened. She proceeded to tell me “if you are 15 minutes late I can’t take them” I asked what time it was and she said 11:15. Exactly 15 minutes late!!! She would not take my dogs for the appointment that I made 5 weeks prior! When I told her I wouldn’t be back- she said okay. Apparently she doesn’t care about her business. I told her, “you know I have sent several people here -she said I know. I have never been late, always tip at least 20%. She just lost 4 regular customers because I was 15 minutes late and not 14 minutes late.

Dana is a fantastic groomer. She has taken care of my dog for several years, always does a great job on his coat, but more importantly, he is always happy and safe when he visits. She is super flexible with hours for pickup and drop off, and I would recommend her to any one.

I brought my dog in last weekend to be groomed. This was her first time at Remi-Roos. I can't say enough about how great they did. She looked so cute and fluffy, exactly how I asked her to be groomed. They communicated her pick up time super easily. 10/10 reccomend.

Remi Roos has been grooming my puppy since she was 12 weeks old and I won't take her anywhere else. They always respond in a reasonable time frame and they groom my dog exactly how I ask them to. Not to mention she loves her so much she makes Dana hold her the whole time they are in the same room together. Remi Roos treats animals like their own little family members.

After relocating to Central Ohio we needed to find a groomer and weren't sure where to even begin looking. My husband works in Ashville and happened to drive by Remi Roos so we scheduled our long haired miniature dachshund for a shave and could not be happier with the way he looks! This is honestly the best haircut he's ever had. The quality of the cut is superb and he looks like a brand new dog. We love Remi-Roos...10/10 recommend!
