Ace website shows a lawn mower in stock ready for pick up at ace hardware in Asheville Ohio. When we arrived we were told that it just means they can order it and could be picked up next Wednesday. Today is Saturday. Or we can buy what they do have in stock for almost $100 more. Nice racket you got going on Ace.

First time using Ace hardware and I must say I've never been more disappointed in my life. I purchased this 10 peice combo kit 5 days ago, my order got delayed twice for a unknown reason but that's not the issue the issue is I got 4 / 10 tools I either got completely scammed or got sent the completely wrong combo kit. I've been on the phone with support all day and what they told me was I have to pay for a label and box to ship what they wrongfully sent me. I asked can I get any compensation for the absolute hell I'm going through just to return these and get the tools I had already paid for I'm which she said there's nothing they can do. I'm disgusted with my first experience at Ace and I don't ever plan on being a customer again. The fact that I have to pay to ship the tools they wrongfully sent me pisses me off on a completely different level. Products arrived dirty and with red paint scratches over them.

Usually have everything I come here for. Everyone loves the hardware. I bet they have what you need or can direct you where to go. Also great recommendations for plumbers and electrical services.

Always friendly and knowledgeable service. You can walk in and ask for that one thing that does this, and looks like that; and the staff is able to decipher your cryptic message to help you get what you need to get your project done.I always feel like a valued customer no matter if I'm buying a $0.05 bolt, or buying the complete Ego package.

Today was my first visit to this location, the employees where friendly and ready to help with any questions you may have. Prices are a bit higher than the big box stores but that's probably too be expected. The store was clean and well organized and plenty stocked.My only real honest complaint was the candy they offered at the front of the registers was stale as could be, I checked the expiration date and it wasn't expiration just hard as a rock. It was both strange and disappointing.Other than that all pluses

I can't say enough food things about this location! There is always somebody there to greet you and ask if you need help finding anything, the moment you walk in. I've been pleased with every purchase I've made with them.

I will start by saying that I cannot talk about thier prices. I have never walked away thinking I paid to much but I don't price compare for most of the items I am buying from there -- items I need right away or for a project I am working on right now. As for other aspects of of the business, selection is very good and the staff is amazing. I have not had an issue finding what I need when I go there and when I need help, the staff is right there to make sure I get what I need. I am happy to buy from there as often as I can to support thier business. I hope those staff and owners are there for a long time!

This Ace Hardware is located in the northwest area of Ashville on St Rt 752.Very clean and well stocked so shopping here will save you time and save you from driving to Circleville or Columbus for your hardware needs. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees are waiting to assist you. They make keys, mix paint, have great prices on seasonal items as well as many other services.Stop in and check them out!
