Inflation has hit the prices for things hard. Other than that, friendly staff. I feel bad for them. It seems like only one person was able to run around and take orders and help people. Probably just short staffed

I would give a zero if I could. 8 just bought a 22 lb bag of cat food yesterday and I opened it today and it's completely with MOLD. I took it back and they wouldn't let me get a different bag. Who keeps a receipt for cat food!!! I spend $200 or more in this store a week and I will NEVER shop here again. All I wanted was cat food I could give the cats! The day shift manager is extremely rude every time you go in. It wouldn't hurt to smile ma'am.

I have found this store more pleasant employees over the years, even it was in a different area, moved to new location some years ago. The clean, easy to find, stocked shelves. Been finding neat holiday items, this year door hangers has been my joy!

Great store but there is one worker who refuses to wear deodorant and the second you walk in to a general area where he seems to be working it is so bad it will make you sick. I know I'm not the only one to have felt this wrath so managers need to step in and say something. He is a nice, helpfully guy and the rest of staff is great and the new layout is amazing hope someone higher up reads this and talks to him

Great selection, and very friendly! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by"welcome to Family Dollar" by an associate at the checkout area. Compared to other dollar stores, this one is very clean and well maintained, excellent quality. You can find some pretty good deals here.

It was amazing. They only had the one liter on the shelf and the manager went into the stock room to find me the one i wanted. She was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was smiling and very nice and polite.

Other than the required face fabrics the store feels like business as usual. Nobody is panicking at the slightest notion of a tickled throat that could be the last tickle they feel. Nope. None of that malarkey at my neighborhood Family Dollar (new slogan i suggest) "We wont panic and you shouldn't either".

I sat down with my computer an "clipped the smart coupons" that I wanted. Then I went shopping today with my list. Not ONE smart coupon came up when I put my phone number in. This is about the 3rd time that this has happened to me. This "clip the smart coupons" is a total waist of time an I am NOT at all pleased with it. It's WORTHLESS.

It was a joke the manager adjusted a price up because it came up a penny so she priced it 2.00 for cotton candy without even saying anything after the cashier told me she couldn't sell it to me . I assume it was a manager who did it wow it you cant sell it how could she up price it then sell it amazing. Ashtabula store rt 20. East side
