On 4-4-24 at around 1:30pm one of the cart collectors left one of the cart movers behind my car that you can’t move without knowing how to operate. I was beeping my horn and trying to leave for about 5 minutes since he boxed me in with it. When the employee came around he moved it then was extremely rude about having to move his equipment behind my boxed in car. He beeped at me as I left with the horn on it. Horrible employees here. Blond hair guy, I tried to call to make a complaint but nobody at this location wants to answer their bloody phones.

They need to replace the majority of their handicap accessible carts. 2 different times already I have taken a cart that says it is 70% charged and I couldn't even get past the produce section and the cart started flashing that there was a 50% charge, than a 15% charge back to 50%. Fortunately, there was a store person there and I told her about it and someone brought me another cart. But this has happened multiple timesOnce when I was all the way at the back of the store by dairy. And I had to pull myself along by grabbing onto the shelving at the end of the aisles to get myself back up to the front

I'm still confused as to why we can't give zero or negative stars. 1 star is too many for walmart and their self entitled, lying, thieving, rude, self projecting delinquent personalities onto good customers. They act like because they steal and know just how to do it that we all do. If walmart would hire an outside security company, not Bronsons weirdos, just to watch their employees and their recovery people, they'd save a whole lot more stolen merchandise. Yeah I said it!! Take it to the casino and bet on that fact!

My son tried ordering on line, but the site was malfunctioning. I had to call the order in. Then they charged me extra for not ordering on line. When I called customer service to let them know what happened their email response to me was " order on line to avoid any fees." They didn't even listen to what I told them & then they tried to blame our local store. 🙄🙄

Today, February 23, 2024, I was at the Ashland, Ohio Walmart doing my shopping. While I was there I suddenly felt my blood sugar dropping. Two clerks, Veronica and Cheryl, came to my aid helping me to sit down and they brought me the correct snack foods I needed to bring my blood sugar back up. I feel very fortunate to have had these ladies with me at the time. Thank you very much I would give you each ten stars if I could.

I went to Walmart for my regular shopping. I ran into a problem finding what I needed. I walked up to an employee trying to ask for ask for help Logan was on the phone being disrespectful and cussing at people. I’ve seen him there before messing Around and putting stuff in his pockets and messing with other coworkers instead of helping. I really am sick of going there and seeing the workers doing nothing. It started to become a problem that even people I know talk about it.

I've have been living in Ashland for over 20yrs! I have never stolen! Ever or ever been Followed around being racially profiled! The same BOY keeps watching and following me , every time I go to Ashland Walmart. He acts like he just walking around! But every time I would look up I see him looking at me and my clothes, trying to see if I'm Stealing!! I already Caught him speaking to other employees about thinking! I might of stolen something! But he didn't know I already knew the lady he was speaking too! She quickly said OH! THATS JEN! SHE GOOD! Either way How dear you Continue to assume I would steal! I Spend over $500 every couple week at that store! NOT STEALING ringing myself out and going on about my business! I'm sick of being Racially profiled and followed around assuming I would steal! Shame on you Ashland Walmart for Hiring someone to harass your customers ! you're paying customers!

It's a typical Walmart, though clean and orderly, it is sometimes hard to find an associate for help in some departments e.g.OTC pharmacy isles and electronics especially are lacking in guidance from associates.

I travel 25 minutes out of my way to shop here over the Wooster Walmart. They are usually well stocked, unlike Wooster. The store also seems bigger and more spread out, so you feel less crowded. They have an automotive center.

The main one. Not 1 of their mobile chairs was charged or working. Also, whole families would just STOP and stare. People are going against the main flow. Stay away today!!!!

This service department would have much more business if they didn't treat women like they are idiots. My 26 year old daughter was in there for 4 tires and the computer has the incorrect size in it. Instead of walking outside and looking at the tire, they argued with her. Guess who was wrong... men in Ohio really need to get into the modern age. 🙄 Women these days can read a tire size, especially the ones who grew up in my house..

Good selection on many items. Clean and well lit.It would be more helpful if like-items were all in the same area, but its probably a sales ploy so we have to look in more places to make comparisons giving us more chances to spend our money on things we didn't want until we saw them.

Ashland walmart is horrible for delivery services after 5pm. It's now 11:15 am and I was suppose to get my order between 8 and 9 pm lastnight. Still nothing and they say we'll idk where your order is now. Still havnt got any word on it. Worst walmart I have ever dealt with and clueless.

They don't have a lot of items that you can find at other Walmarts. But it's not usually as busy as other ones, so that makes it a pleasant visit.

I want my employee discount for working the register every time I shop here. I bag my own stuff and I check myself out, where's my discount? I'm trying to get away from Walmart like the plague. Shop locally more I don't care if I pay more, at least there a little lady that gladly takes my money, converses with me a little, makes you feel a little human ya know, bags yer stuff and tells you to have a good day. This is how it's done wally world.

I would not go here ever again. I was racially targeted by 7 staff. The staff were VERY unprofessional, and were unable to follow through with proper procedures. I don’t recommend spending your money at this place. If I could give it a 0/10 I would! Luckily I had more respect to walk away.
