I had purchased a pair of jeans in store and liked them so much that I wanted to buy more which they didn't have. It wouldn't let me order online and it said there were none available in any other stores for some reason. So I went back to the Ashland store and talked to Bri who was an absolute rock star in calling four different stores and had 4 pairs transferred for me to the Ashland store. This took a while to do as she had to wait for each store to get back to her on availability. She did all of this while helping her associates with different issues at the register and helping customers. Just wanted to shout out Bri for having exceptional customer service, being friendly, and very helpful. A+++ Keep up the awesome work Bri!

Love when you call n employee answer the phone and u ask them for what ur looking for n they say I believe we have this but u tell them what ur really looking for n the response back u get is I really don’t know I’m waiting on a customer right now so the r more important than a phone call when u could have put me on hold till u was done instead of being rude to me and the other party definitely definitely rude won’t be shopping there

If the item you're wanting has an empty place on the shelf, ask the clerk to have someone check in the back to see if there's some there...many times there is some. Also, be aware some items when purchased will have a gift card for $4 $5 or more for you...there will be a sign by the item stating this...when at the check out, be sure to mention this so the clerk can enter...I have found 9 times out of 10, the clerk is not aware...???...

The floor staff in Ashland, Ohio is too busy talking to each other to help customers. The item I was looking for was not in the aisle that was listed online. I guess if that information was accurate I wouldn't have had to interrupt them. I left without buying anything! I'll go to Ace Hardware in the future.

Don’t forget TSC when you need tools or other work related needs. At times they have great deals on tools. Also has trailer and truck supplies. This is not just a tractor and farm store.

We were looking for some marine tractor accessories but none are carried. Also was looking for senior dog food. Only 1 brand carried it. A few had adult. Lots of puppy & small breed. For such a large aisle and different brands there truly wasn't a big variety.

We purchase 4 ton of wood heating pellets from TSC. When unloading the skids we found 18 bags that had become wet from the rain and half the bag was swelled up and unusable on all 18. We took them back and spoke to a store manager and with no questions they replaced the bad ones and made it right with us. This was out of 200 bags. We are very happy with the customer service and being taken care of. Thank you TSC.

Store ring up purchase then said they did something wrong and supposedly cancelled the transaction then rung it up againI was charged twice for the same item and the store says its not their problem because they refunded the money but it was never put back in my bank. They basically told my it's my problem and was not really nice about it. Done with this company will go to RKO from now on.

nothing exciting. just a typical TSC store filled with mostly junk and older homemaker women running the register and high school age kids that have little to no knowledge about the items in the store. most everything in the store can be found elsewhere locally for cheaper and typically higher quality. the only reason they stay in business is from the "churches" and farmers shopping there and using their tax exempt loophole, the register and system used there is quick and effortless for tax exempt shoppers.

TSC has almost every thing you can think of for around the farm an not bad quality either there's been plenty of times one of the implements wanted high dollar for something an I would stop in and find what I need to make my stuff work for a 3rd of the price,I'm not saying they can help you like that all the time with every problem, but hey give them a shot..

Always a good experience at the Ashland TSC! Great service, friendly atmosphere. Had a haybine breakdown this morning, no parts available for several days. Ran into TSC looking for a way to substitute parts so I could get my haybine running. Ron was extremely helpful with temporary parts and saved the day. 10 acres of hay down and the haybine worked perfectly. Thank you Ron!

Got 6 duckies. All very healthy and doing well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They told me what feed they used for their ducklings, because I had only done chickens before and it was my first time at ducks.

girlfriend is from Georgia and when she moved here i told her we need to get you a pair of winter boots for the snow. This is where we went and she loves them. I remember when this place was "Quality farm and fleet" with K-mart next door.

I really only come here for dog related stuff. They have a great selection of dog food, treats, grooming and health care items. Besides the actual pet store, you won't find a better place in town for pet related items.

I got a vaccine for my dog at a very reasonable price. $15 for a 10-way vaccine I gave myself. Getting it done by a vet costs at least twice as much.

This is a great store. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Always a good selection. Good for your quick in and out purchases. Wish store was a bit bigger however.

Didn't have much time to look around, but they have some nice cowboy boots, flannel shirts.. love them. 🐕 an 🐈 food. Tools, men's an ladies jeans, shirts. Riding lawn mowers. I think it's a neat place.😃
