Anna did a wonderful job with her presentation and knew the product well. Turn around time for the install was ten days as we were only able to do it on certain days. D.J. Did a great job installing. He respected our home and used drop mats through his walk path to our bathroom from our garage. He was kind, very professional and showed me how everything worked. This is our second install from Thiels since 2020. We loved our soaker tub and shower in our old home and now our new home master bath has a new walk in shower that gave us more space and the peace of mind knowing we will never have to do this again due to the lifetime warranty. You get what you pay for!

I absolutely love my experience with Thiel's! Starting with the initial call from the appointment ctr., sales reps and installation team. I needed a rare size tub replacement in which they had available and shower walls.There were sooo many options to chose from. I chose the white acrylic subway tile and I am in LOVE with my bathroom!!! The installers draped my carpet, stairs, toilet and sink with material to ensure no damage was done and all trash including old tub was taken away upon completion. Everyone was professional, understanding, upfront and honest. I was very impressed with the end results of my tub and shower wall installation.All this was done in 1 day! And I was able to use my tub/shower the next day!! The lifetime warranty, great service, beautiful end results. I read reviews and as always you get a mix of good and bad. I decided to have them come out and just give me a quote. I was never expecting to schedule a tub to shower conversion that day, but I was so impressed with the products and the company that I decided to use Thiels. All I can say is, I am glad I did. The salesman worked with me to get the pricing in my budget...not to mention he drove through a snowstorm to get here on the day of the quote. The turn-around time was less than 2 weeks (during the holidays). As for the actual install, we have a deep appreciation of the fabulous job Victor did on our tub to shower conversion. You can tell he is very meticulous and does a thorough job. He was wonderful at answering all of our questions and he was a pleasure to talk to. We were so happy with the finished outcome. Our experience with Thiels has been a great experience from start to finish, and a large part of that is due to Victor. I would definitely use Thiels again, and I will be referring them to anyone looking for good quality from a good company.

We had a shower insert replaced with a new tub and the vinyl walls. During the sales call we heard terms like "amazing", "beautiful", etc. but when they sent out one of their contractors to do the job there were SO many mistakes and poor workmanship that we were stunned at how bad it was.Edges around the tub were cut square so didn't match the curve of the tub, the corner shelves were sticking out on 3 of the 4 edges (and those were sharp edges), the drain leaked, the shower head connection leaked, the shower curtain rod was placed so low that you were standing on the shower curtain and the rod wobbled about 4 inches up and down so amazed it didn't just fall off the wall, glue sticking out from the edges, caulking issues. etc. and all the issues of bad cuts were just filled with caulk.Thankfully they have a couple of actual employees that know what they're doing who came out and replaced the walls with proper curved cuts to suit the tub, properly cut the corner shelves so they fit properly, replaced the shower curtain rod, fixed the leaking drain, etc. So in the end we're thankful for those real employees but would not use Thiel's again since we know they're mode of operation is to send out unqualified contractors to do the install and hope you don't complain about the poor quality.Service: Bathtub replacement

We had both an upstairs bathtub in one bathroom, and a shower in another bathroom replaced. The whole process from our Salespeople Kinda and Bryce, the service coordinator, to the installers - Cody and Ethan (these two are keepers - do not lose them) was outstanding. Cody and Ethan went the extra mile to make sure all the work was done neatly and with as little disruption to our daily routine as possible. I have not seen better in-home installers or those that care as much as these two. Also Kinda went above and beyond the norm in explaining everything, offering all options, as well as to make sure that we got the right bench (to match the walls) I wanted for our shower!

Horrible company run run and run. Had this company replace an oversized walk in shower with an oversized soaking tub that makes cracking sounds and bends on the sides when you lean against it. I called and emailed explaining that I’ve been to local stores with better quality tubs on the show floor. This is not a tub! I asked for a spec sheet because this is not a real bath tub to find out the I do not have a tub at all I have a tub liner which goes over a tub. This contract is fraudulent and I want out of it! I did not pay 10k for a tub liner! They offered to reinforce the liner with something that they can find online like Amazon which I recorded and I also recorded them stating that they do not sell tubs of my size. If y’all could not provide the tub you should’ve said no to the job. I want out of this contract and my money back! On top of this fraudulent contract my home was damaged in numerous areas. I want my home damages paid for and out of this contract NOW!

Horrible company. We had a shower put in two years ago and the flooring started to peel. We called for them to come look and ultimately repair, but instead they accused us of using wrong cleaning product and told us they would have to replace whole shower cause they discontinued ours.They also said we would have to pay additional for a new shower door since ours is not possible to reuse. We paid thousand of dollars already for a small space . They don't care about customer satisfaction especially when their product is defective. Do not use this company. You will regret it. Did not want to give even one star, but had to for post.

Kitchen cabinet refacing. Matt our installer was on-time, polite and efficient. We love the new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Caroline at the Thiels offices who scheduled our installation is so efficient, nice and confirms all details. Just a couple more minor fixes and we'll move this review to a 5. Chuck was an awesome installer! Always on time and working diligently. I still can't believe its my bathroom because it looks so great and such a difference! I occasionally watched Chuck install my new bathroom and saw how much work really goes into a tear down and upgrade. If I had attempted to do it myself, I would have backed myself into a corner and would have needed help with the remodel from a professional. Quality of materials is top notch with the tub and vanity being made in America. Next bathroom I have remodeled I won't even bother shopping around, I will just use Thiels.

Great company and I love to support OHIO made & its workers when it comes to goods/services. I was a bit sticker shocked at my tub and enclosure pricing for a tear down and rebuild. However, it is AMAZING that your bathroom is functional within eight hours, which is great when you only have one bathroom. That's what makes the cost of this service a lot easier to justify. Luke and Todd did a great job, we hit a hiccup to no fault of their own, but the company made sure to take care of it right away. I LOVE my new soaker tub and I can say that the water stays hot for over an hour, as I look forward to soaking in the tub after a long shift at work. I am looking forward to little to no upkeep on this investment and not having to deal with caulk ever again!!! Here is my before, during and after pictures.

The old saying is, the 3rd times the charm. everything was great up until the windows got installed. They came to install the windows in late February on a Saturday and Sunday. Rod installed 11 windows and did something on the outside on Saturday and said he was done. The 1st five pictures show the work that was done on the outside....Nothing. The frame around the windows were not capped. the next group of pics were from the next crew Thiel's sent out to "cap" the windows. They worked for two days, after showing up at noon both days and did a very poor job. Jeff from Thiel's came to inspect the work and told us he was very sorry for the poor job done on the outside capping the windows and would make it right. Jeff spent 3 days, capping the windows and great job. the windows are great quality and we love them. It should not have taken 3 different crews to finish the job. i know the post is long, but this was our experience with our new windows.Service: Window installation

I would highly recommend Thiel's for kitchen remodeling. We had initially thought we would do a full remodel -- new layout, new everything. After getting over the six-figure sticker shock, we decided to scale down our plans. In reality, there were only a few things we wanted to 'fix' in our kitchen.We talked about keeping the existing layout with some new improvements, and even a 'rip and replace' for our kitchen was costly. On a whim, I reached out to Thiel's Home Solution to discuss other options. Mike came out to our house and we talked through the changes we wanted. The experience was excellent -- we were neither rushed nor forced into any high pressure sales. The changes we wanted were achievable and the cost less than 1/2 of what a 'rip and replace' would have cost. While they had many options, some of the options were not what we wanted (e.g. we wanted to pick our own sink), and Thiel's was very flexible in working with us.Once we signed, things went like clockwork. Everything was on time, and everyone who worked in our house was courteous and professional. With the savings realized from not doing the 'rip and replace,' we were able to do some other upgrades, such as new hardwood floors throughout our first floor. We absolutely love our 'new kitchen' (and it definitely feels like a new kitchen). We would highly and without reservation recommend Thiel's.

We felt very comfortable after meeting with our salesman, Bruce. He was very professional and helpful in our decision making process. Cody and Ethan were our installers and did a fantastic job! I wanted to replace my bathtub with a walk in shower. Mike met with me to discuss my options. He brought samples and explained the process. He was very patient while I made my choices. He talked with his manager to get me the best price possible. The old bathtub was taken out, and the next day Luke and Chuck installed my new shower, along with a new toilet and flooring. They were careful not to damage anything while working and cleaned up everything after they were finished. They did a wonderful job on my bathroom. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I love my new shower.

We had a great experience with Thiels. They replaced our bathtub, fixed some plumbing, and replaced the surrounding walls and shower door in our bathroom. They were fast with our initial appointment. They had financing ready and available. They gave us a discount. The guy who did the work was perfect. He worked straight through and was in and out in about 9 hours. From the first phone call I made to Thiels, to us using our new shower/bath was six days. We are very pleased with Thiel’s home solutions! We remodeled our kitchen and began the process by meeting with Thiel’s salesperson, Kinda Stanbouli. She was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our plans, answering all questions, and providing guidance. We then met with a contractor, Rob, for the install. He was outstanding and did an incredible job with our cabinet install. We are very pleased with his work. If we have future projects, we would request Rob without hesitation. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I don't know where to start. The 1 day installation started December 24 2020.There was a question first off as to what we were quoted on. The sales manager disagreed with us and wasn't nice at all. Turned into a shouting match over the phone. So OK, there was a communication gap between us and the estimator.So demolition of the bathroom tub started.it was not finished that day. They came back after the holiday and started putting up the walls. Terrible job. Crooked and not totally a adhered to the backing. Drain was not sealed. The shower doors didn't fit either. Someone came out and looked at it 1 week after we called and said that was the worst installation he had ever seen. So another tear out with the removal of the panand another day of installation. The total installation time, not including the times they came out to measure, took from December 24th to the first week of April. Big deal, they gave us the promotion discount of $500 and free shower doors.They did our downstairs bathroom 9 years earlier and it was great. That's why we went with them this time. Well we only have 2 bathrooms thankfully. The total cost of this after the discounts they offered was $7850. But they use virgin acrylic. Who would ever know or noticeThe photos are from the first installation.

In february we ordered new cabinets for our kitchen, in may the cabinets arrived and the installer they sent begin the work and we relized they were wrong size for the top cabinets and they had to remake them, now as the installation job was progressing ver very slow i received a text from installer saying he got firedBut thats not all , today june 22. 2022 I had a professional contractor remodel my family room and i asked him to checkout the cabinet installation and he said : Cabinets not installed properly not level not plumed , the cabinet on top of fridge is not spaced all around so air circulates properlySquare holes on 2 cabinet base are not cut so cold air from AC cools kitchenCrown molding will not fit because cabinets are hung wrongHis opinion is that the installer they sent was no installer at all , instead he should be a shoemaker for snakes for what ever it means bottom line is my kitchen is out of use for the past 2 months and this clowns don't even care and i’m still waiting for them to call me 76 hours after they fired installer meantime my kitchen still not usable!

I strongly suggest that you avoid this company.The lack of customer service professionalism at Thiel's is mind-blowing. A Thiel's sales rep came to my house in August 2021 and sold us on a shower installation. We were told Thiel's would contact us in October regarding the installation date. Thiel's failed to contact us. I called 2-3 times that fall, and each time was told the installation/service dept. would call us in 10-14 days to schedule the installation. We were not called. Finally, we contacted Thiel's and scheduled a late December install.During the December installation, Thiel's installer indicated Thiel's failed to measure the shower base correctly, so the installation could not be completed. Thiel's customer service dept. did not contact me to address this issue until I called it several days after the problem arose.Thiel's was next at our house in March. During that installation attempt, one of the shower panels was incorrectly sized. When the correct panel was later installed, we noticed it was defective (scratched area). Once again, Thiel's customer service dept. did not contact me to discuss the issue, so I, after several days, had to contact it. The final installation was to take place on 07-01-22. On that day, Thiel's installer discovered that the shower door was incorrectly sized. Thiel's customer service dept. has not called to discuss this issue. We now have a partially finished shower, with part of a door frame, but do not have a shower door. We will likely have to hire another contractor to complete the job.

My wife and I had an in home consultation with designer Bruce Keller on a new shower install. Our appt. was at 4 o'clock and Bruce was on time. I'm a stickler for timelyness. Mr. Keller was very professional, polite and informative. He answered all our questions precisely without hesitation. We even had a couple laughs along the way. I have to be honest, when he presented us with the price we were not expecting to spend quite that amount of money, but his presentation was genuine. I tip my hat to you sir. Well done. Our new shower is to be installed next week and if the rest of the team from Thiel's is as pleasant as Mr. Keller, my wife and I have no doubt we will be pleased with the end result. Thank you again Bruce.
