Our "Save A Lot" #21695 here in Ashland, OH is the best "Save A Lot" we have EVER shopped at! And we have shopped at ALOT of Save A Lots....!!!We are VERY pleased with the quality of food [fresh, canned, frozen, dairy, etc], the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the store.Thank you Save A Lot for doing such a good job!

The parking lot at this grocery store really needs to be replaced. Also, they are not in compliance with correct handicapped accessible parking spaces. They built two cart corrals to store grocery carts and also installed propane tanks storage area which cut down the size of the handicapped spaces, they're supposed to be a wider space for every 50 in the parking lot And that is not the case here. Complaints to management have not been corrected. Pricing on the shelf is not always what is rung up on the register. Shelf tags don't always match the item that is in front of The product. I would skip this store and shop at Aldis instead.

Very helpful. Prices are affordable.Food is fresh. Clean store.The people that work here are great. There is stock on the shelves and they don't move it around! Produce is fresh. They sell meat bundles.

This place is very friendly and accessible. There was a cashier named Leona and she was very nice. I never thought I would get critisized by a cashier and my mother at the same time. Mom, you're supposed to be on my side! Why?!?!

Prices are expensive compared to Walmart Aldi or elsewhere. Your spend a lot not save a lot. Milk is a dollar more here than in other stores as is most everything else. People need to save money when they can in today's economy. The produce is sad. It's already going bad on the shelf and not fresh. The only thing good about the store is most, not all but most of the associates are friendly and helpful when needed. That's the only thing this store has going for it.

At least one customer was complaining about a worker, and Arab arguing with a customer over something to do with an ad. It's a real good store, but it's foreigners and Deport them back to their own country instead of them coming into America and starting trouble with the citizens who live here! American jobs are for the rightful Americans who were born and raised here. If I Was President right now, I closed the borders and lock the gates, turn back all foreigners except for those who need temporary emergency help before being sent back out of the US.

I came in tonight around 6:30 pm.. There were 2 cashiers. I had a girl ringing me out then the customer upon a different lane asked her to ring them out.. She walked away from us and the guy that was on that register came to ring me out.. He couldn't finish the trams so we waited for her to finish. I'm a store manager at a gas station in town, and would have fired my employee if she was trained.. Which she was because she finished my trans.. I was extremely upset with my visit there.. You want a person to represent, your company.. Hire me for management's...Even if I need to work off the clock.

Very clean. Large parking lot with many handicap parking, also handicap accessible store. Friendly staff & the lines move quickly.Food needs to be rotated a little better. FIFO should come into effect here (First In First Out)Fresh produce & meat looks to be fresh.

Good store, prices are great and aisles are always clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The check out lanes are way to narrow though. I cant get around my cart to unload items.

The revamped store front is a welcomed upgrade. The store has a lot of bargains. The employees are friendly and helpful.I met Shawn Grate when he worked there. Not Sav-a-Lots' fault, but I cannot in good consciousness, give them my coveted 5 ☆ rating.

The staff is great, and quite helpful.Prices have gone up while food quality has gone down. The meat is regularly covered in bone splinters/dust, and requires rinsing before cooking.Store Brand soda/pop tastes watered down after repeatedly lowering quality over the years.Every time the labels change, the quality drops. Items retain their name, even though they're completely different.

Only grocery store within walking distance of the university or in town residential areas. Produce is usually fresh but a little more expensive. Off brands are not as high quality but you pay for convenience. Staff is nice and store is usually clean. Clientele can be colorful but not a deterrent.

The items that I went in for were there in stock the prices are competitive. Had been buying a brand name dog food at Walmart Walmart no longer handles at Brand Save-A-Lot handles at Brand Alpo dry. The cashiers were friendly and the parking was easy to get in and out of

Close to where I live. Limited selection versus Kroger or Walmart, but still a good selection of items. Lots of parking. Prices are reasonable. A good place to go for a few quick items when you need them. I would go back.

A butcher came out on the floor randomly and helped me find what I needed today around 1-3 pm today 2/20/21The man had blondish eye brows.He treated me like a local butcher would who owned his own shop.Cashier told me this save a lot is locally owned. I assume the butcher is family... If not, you'd be a fool to not pay him more than anyone else is that store.. Anyone can show up and work at your store. Character like his is extremely rare, that butcher is a great man. Respect and cherish who you have back there representing your store.

A lot of things are out of stock a lot. Meat dept is decent and sale items are usually good from this department. Dairy is always cheaper. You won't starve if you shop here. I really wish their produce dept was stocked and had more items. It's my least favorite dept.

Store looks cleaner than ever. Well stocked but several months ago they quit carrying a couple products I always bought there. Wish they would bring back half gallons of McDaniels Mocha Iced Coffee and Ginger Evans Cheese Danish.

This is the 3rd time I have made a special trip to get something that is in their ad for a great price, only to be told when I get there that the truck isn't due in until late tonight. Well the sale on the Smithfield bacon was suppose to start on the 18th, but store will not have it out until the 20th since the truck won't be in until late night on the 19th! Here is to another wasted trip. How about having the stuff in stock for once.

Most items are cheaper than other grocery stores. Their meat is good quality. Avoid their 5 for $20... you can find the same deal at other stores with much better quality. Most of their employees are friendly and helpful

Love how neat and clean store has became,and with wider isles. I think this is about only store in town that packages some meats in smaller sizes. We Sr citiZens need this! Great cashiers, so nice and very helpful as is the manager ! Thank you, Sav-a Lot!!!!

Make the right sale prices ring correctly on the registers! The shelf stickers noting the prices are mostly incorrect. Most of the items i purchased were higher than noted price.

The new remodel is very clean and organized. Moderate selection of items of name brand and in-house brand. Might not have everything you're looking for, but a nice place to pop in mid-week.

I shop here frequently and usually have a good experience. When the lines get long they are usually good about opening another line. A long time ago I got a bag of potatoes that were not good. That was my only bad experience.

I am really pleased with this grocery store. The employees are super nice and the food they sell is great. You can't go wrong shopping there.
