Tried to call multiple times to have my prescription ready for pick up and they never answered the phone so when my wife got there to pick it up it wasn’t ready and the person in the pharmacy was rude to her. Then she only gave her part of the prescription. When I called back to ask why I had to call multiple times before someone answered and when I asked why their original response was that’s all they had on hand. I asked when I could pick up the rest, she said call back a few days before I’m about to run out so they can order more. I told her order it today because I only got part of my prescription which is when she decided to change her story and say my insurance won’t pay for it. This is a lie because I’ve been getting the same prescription in the same quantity with the same insurance for 3 years without an issue.

Just recently switched from the rite aide in Wooster to this one. I really loved Wooster Pharmacy, I’d been going there for 10+ years until I moved to the Ashland area. I have to say the Ashland branch could definitely use some refreshers when it comes to customer service. Three times in a row it’s taken them an entire week to refill my prescriptions after a refill request had been sent and when they are refilled, it never fails that the person working the drive through is unnecessarily rude because.. they didn’t do their job correctly? I’m not entirely sure. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the Ashland branch and I will be switching pharmacies as of today.

The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely trash depending on who you’re dealing with I’ll probably die from lack of medication before I go back if you have diabetes I wouldn’t recommend the people at the register at the front I’d give a 2/10

Terrible, terrible, terrible service most of the time in the pharmacy. My prescriptions are hardly ever ready without first calling them or sometimes never received from my provider even if they've been sent multiple times to the pharmacy. Then when they say they will be ready in 1 hour, 6 hours later they are still not ready, and they're usually filled right as I'm sitting in the drive-thru. Price with insurance fluctuates every month and randomly I somehow meet the deductible 1 month but not the next, right in the middle of the insurance cycle. Will be switching to a more organized pharmacy that takes their job seriously.

Get all my many prescriptions here! Never waited more than 10-15 minutes. I considered this excellent considering the number of illnesses in this world today.bvery friendly staff will to keep prescriptions up to date.

When going to Rite Aid "Pharmacy" in ashland. The service can be a hit or miss. There are time I go and have great service with minimal wait time. The other times I have been met with attitude by Pharmacy associate and long wait times. I understand, some times they do get busy. That is why, a couple of months ago. I would call to get a prescription filled. Sadly, I have found out when calling on several occasions. I was not able to speak with or leave a message for any pharmacy associate to cantact me back when someone had time.

I like rite aid get my prescriptions there been going for a good few years just saw today they charge your .10 for one of those little thin plastic bags that's crazy I spend enough money with you I shouldn't have to pay .10 for a bag and I know it's just .10 but it adds but insane

Is 2022 and the pharmacy fat lady(im calling her out her self status since she chooses to be racist). If you go here and you are from another race thats not white SHE WILL ATTEND EVERYONE ELSE REAL NICE, but not you! And when you ask something im here for… (not let you finish) she will talk to you from the side of her shoulder like you don't matter….but 3 more people approached her(white), she says good afternoon, how are you, how can I help you. I approach, “can you just get over there in line I will attend you when is your turn!!!.. From the side of her head! So F…ing Rude! still in 2022”. Never going back here ever again. CVS around the corner is not racist!

I was in line at the drive thru pharmacy window just before the 6pm closing time waiting for the pharmacist to turn around at the window to see me waiting. She did, she turned around and put cardboard over the window in my face. I was there BEFORE 6 pm.So I went inside and the same pharmacist then closes the gate in my face stating it was now 6 pm. So this store has a time warp, I'll warn you. Be very early to arrive! There is a time difference here that no where else in Ashland has. We just moved here and this was our encounter with "the nicest people on earth". 10/10 will NOT be returning and will tell everyone I encounter about their customer service practices at this location.

Received our flu shot here Everyone was very nice and friendly. We will now get our prescriptions filled here!!People that worked in store were also great. Will be back to shop again

I love the girls at the ashtabula rite aid pharmacy in ashtabula .They are very nice and they are very helpful and they always can answer any questions that I have .and plus they are the best at what they do and they are very friendly and they are like my family I can trust them with all my family medication that if there ever was a problem that they would notify me at once but so far there has been no problems because they are the best period..
