The girls that work here are amazing. I went in to give my Weiner Dog a bath and walked out with the best 2 additions to my home. Thanks ladies for introducing me to Devine and Milo. They are spoiled rotten.

My hats off to the designer of the dog washing stations here it made it so much easier to bathe my fur baby. She actually liked her bath this time. One thing that upset me was the people who brought their muddy dogs in bathed them and left the mess and didn't pay for baths. It people like you that ruin a good thing for the rest of us who really appreciate the setup. Come on it was only $20 dollars. Love the store it is in a good location. Prices are a little high but other than that it's all good. Thank you to all the employees. Keep up the good work. They are friendly as well. Also the lady that helped us was very nice and very knowledgeable she really cares about the customers and their pet.

Great place to wash your dog's! They have everything you need good size tube, great water pressure, different types of shampoos and conditioners to match your needs along with towels. Best part it's all included in the price. Great selection of high quality products. The staff is very friendly as well!

Wow. What a fantastic pet shop/supply store and what wonderful employees. We stopped in mid-trip, Ohio to Vermont to deliver a kitty for family. Brooke and the other associates at the store helped us buy and fit a cat harness as well as have us use of their bathroom so we could let our kitty have his own bathroom break. They answered all the questions we had and welcomed us and our kitty with open arms and many rubs and pets.I would recommend this shop to everyone. I wish I didn't live a few hours south so it could be a place I could shop for all of my pet needs.Inventory in the store is amazing, they really had anything you might need for cats and dogs and other pets (I didn't browse the other pet sections much). Great prices and so many holiday sales.Thank you Pet Valu for being so awesome in this busy season. Thank you for making our trip a little easier and thank you so much for all of your expertise.Happy holidays!

This store is the best and the people are very kind. I found worms in my dog food and they replaced it for free. But while we were talking about food storage and such we realized that it was our fault that there were worms and they still replaced it for free. What wonderful people!! We are so grateful! Thanks petvalu Ashland Ohio!!

We went in just looking for cat toys, but soon realized most of the store is geared towards dogs. That's fine though, we did find a toy or two. My only real complaint is that the cats they have up for adoption are kept right inside the front doors. I think relocating them to an area where they aren't continuously exposed to the elements would be a wise decision.

Really enjoy the store. The prices are pretty reasonable. Doesn't smell bad, as some per stores do! Only thing is that it would be nice to have someone carry out the heavy bags of food and litter. Good customer service 👍

We just got a new rescue dog and although I didn't catch her name the sales associate was very knowledgeable at helping us find everything we were looking for. She loved on our dog and gave good advice on dog food. Would highly recommend.Thank you! Five stars!

Friendly staff. Picked up some super worms today and our of 50 I'd say about 8 were already dead. Normally dont have that problem. But staff is nice. A bit on the high side for prices tho

If you have a big dog this is the place to take it to give it a bath. They have everything you'd need for the bath. Also run specials on toys, treats, and food for animals not just dogs.
