We have our dogs groomed here. They do a very good job and their prices are reasonable. They allow us to basically schedule the entire year's worth of grooming so we don't have to call every time we want to have our dogs groomed and they dogs stay on a regular schedule. They also have a great selection of live fish, small animals, food, and supplies.

Went to get some pet goldfish for my cats. My neighbor recommended I get some pheromones for my cats kind of freak out sometimes at loud noises they got it in, I bought it, used it Best thing ever

Edit: Avoid at all costs, they never order fish when needed and it's a filthy place. They are quickly going downhill.There hours make it very difficult for anyone working first or second shift when one works out of town. When you manage to have the odd weekend off there isn't much of a selection of fish or reptiles. We have to go out of town to get crickets because they are always closed when I get home from work and aren't open when I leave for work. It has changed from about 10 years ago when they had a wide variety of fish and reptiles. The prices are a bit over priced. We go to Mansfield or Wooster to avoid paying their prices.

Very pleasant. The cashier was extremely helpful. Very patient with me. Answered any and all questions I had. She also helped me get what I needed for my fur baby. Been around for a long time. Good pet store. Lots of selection when it comes to pet products and food. They have a great return policy on heating lamp bulbs.My main gripe is their location. Their driveway is hard to get out of because of Claremont traffic. I generally have to wait. It makes quick trips unpleasant.

It a perfect store for everything and they do special orders for all kinds of pets salt water fish is high maintenance but they will order them for you if so desire or other small exotic pets you might be interested in my friends bought their ferrets from them. I love this store.

Nice selection of items for all kinds of pets. I was particularly impressed by the staff's helpfulness and knowledge of stock. When I was unable to find the type of cat tree I had in mind, the woman who was helping me gave me details for a company they deal with so I could find exactly what I wanted and still get it at a good price. Great service and appreciation of her customers.

I love this little pet store. Staff are very friendly, and helpful. The fish that I have purchased from here are all very healthy fish, the tanks are clean and best of all I have never seen any dead ones floating in the tanks, like you see at the big name pet stores like pet supplies plus and pet smart. they also have a large variety of pet supplies everything for our chinchilla even! I will be a customer for life here!

Never judge a book by its cover, the petstop may look sketchy from the outside but the inside is very nice. The employees are great and extremely helpful. The fish are good quality and healthy. Dont go to Wooster or Ontario’s fish or reptile stores unless you absolutely have to this place is better.

I am so impressed and very happy with the grooming service for my corgi puppy! They made him smell good and made his fur look the best it ever has. I have heard from many people this is the best place in Ashland to go for grooming and they were right!

It has your basic fresh water fish, no salt water fish, a small selection of birds, some rodents, and a small selection of reptiles. Friendly people, but no really "wow" factor to make this place amazing. About 15 years ago it was really nice with a wide variety of fresh and saltwater fish, along with a decent amount of reptiles.

Will deffintly take there time and will ensure you are taking the nessasary steps before you had fish so you can ensure they will be happy and Healthy was very worried about adding Koi to a new pond and they went above and beyond to ensure every checkbox was marked! Limited selection of reptiles but that is due to covid and shipping delays. I would highly recommend supporting this location over your big box stores.

This store has a nice selection of fish and fish supplies. I was able to find the exact fish I wanted at a good price. I am happy to find this store for buying fish, the tanks were clean and the fish were healthy. I will shop here again.

The owner is so sweet! I once had an emergency with my cat and needed to take him to the vet. I realized that I had lended out my carrier to my sister. So I called ahead to ask them to have a carrier ready for me and that I would pay when I get there. I got there and she had one all ready and told me that I could borrow it. How amazing! We do all of our pet shopping here. They may not always have the best prices, but I would rather support local and a business who obviously cares about the locals.
