This Goodwill seems organized, with some nice clothing choices. The man working there was professional and courteous. They have 3 fitting rooms. I would definitely visit this location again.

first time i’ve ever dropped off any donations there so i didn’t know how it worked. i got stared at for a good 3 minutes before he walked over, then he proceeded to tell me in a rude way how it actually works. very super nice. sorry i’m donating to your workplace lmao.

Please make the choice to donate to local family owned businesses now that they sell everything nice online. The money does not stay in our communities like that.

So I made a fairly large donation today and I didn't really appreciate the attitude I received, I was getting items out of my vehicle and I layed a bag down on the pavement for a minute so I could get something else out...the woman said, do not put stuff on the ground, just hand it to me.....what the hell is the difference, if you are to lazy to pick stuff up then don't work there...this lady had short curly hair and kind of heavy set....Don't talk to me like that!!It's not appreciated..if you are unhappy with your job then find another do not be disrespectful to people...I will no longer be donating to goodwill...they are NOT appreciative!! I will no longer shop here either!!! I hope you read this!Grow up!

Many glass/ceramic items on the shelves were broken. I found a cute cardinal figurine only to pick it up and see there were many chips and cracks. $3 for a damaged item? This was the case with several items. Who checks these items before they go on the shelves? Some items should just be thrown out to make room for better ones. Also bought an item that was the color of the week and they didn’t apply the discount? Didn’t realize until I got home. Did find some gems though, you just have to be willing to look.

I used to shop here yrs ago but for the past several yrs Iv only stopped in like once or twice. It’s just unreal to me how the prices are so high especially on items that are broken. Last time I went in there the few things I did pick up to look at had big chips out of them, were broken at high prices. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I walked around there with my jaw dropped. And what I went in looking for was thrown in bins and was very hard to dig through. Then when I came across some thing I wanted it was in bags filled with a bunch of odd junk that I didn’t want and wasn’t paying the price for the grab for just a couple little things out of it. And a lot of used stuff Iv seen in stores brand new cheaper then they were asking. Who ever prices and chooses the items to put on the shelves needs a reality check.

Good selection of jeans and shirts. Employees were courteous and helpful. The store, however, was dirty. Cobwebs in corners and plenty of dirt and dust around the fitting room areas. This could be better.

The sign said green was the discount color of the day. I bought 2 items that had green tags. No discount was given. What's the point of having this offer if they don't apply the discount?

I disagree with the policy about not being able to pay with one hundred dollar bills... Thank goodness I double checked my receipt the gentleman over charged me by $50. The manager re-rang all my items an corrected the issue.

Donations are accepted to the rear of the building. Go to the end of the shopping center and turn right. There are bins in the back and at times assistance. Store is small town sized. Selection of clothing fills the majority of the store. I shop moreso for craft items and use my donations coupons when I do to get the cost down a bit. Also have a point card to get a discount coupon for 35% off from time to time.

First, plenty of parking. For me, this is a great place to buy glassware, bowls and plates as well as books. And, on occasion, the odd and end t-shirt for around the house. Plus, you're contributing to the community. I'll certainly be going back.

Very happy to see them following the social distancing and mask rules. Limiting customers inside the building also. And as always the people that work there were very helpful and so nice.

I like that the store has undergone some improvements, everything is looking very organized and I like seeing all the new things coming in. The employees have always been courteous and very helpful. Thank you for your hard work.

Talk about price gouging! You get items free then price almost new prices ! Used to get 20 % off when I donated now it is 15 % with a expired date. You ha w went far left of your original program to train people for work force. So disappointed with place!

Prices are ridiculously overpriced at the Ashland store, I mean other goodwills are pretty expensive for used stuff they get for free but Ashland is the worst I've been too! They wanted $5 for a small scratched up plastic cup for crying out loud!

This use to be a great store to shop at. Not anymore. They are over priced AND you will never find the colored tag that is 50% off for the week because they start pulling the sale color tags as soon as it comes on sale so it's nearly if not impossible to find a 50% off tag. They also let their staff pick if your item is woman/mens price or kids. I was shopping for my child found all my stuff in the children's section and the cashier charged me for women's clothing. When I told her these were children's clothing she told me people just place items where ever they wanted and the clothing were woman's when you could clearly tell they were childrens. The store just isn't what it use to be. Will not be shopping there any longer.

Go to ALOT of thrift stores. Not much here for the size of the building. Also - most Goodwill's put their womans clothings by specific sizes (8, 10, 12, 14,etc) this one s, m, l, etc. Hard to find sizes.

Dirty store, slow checkout no matter who is at the counter. They won’t give you plastic bags or newspaper to wrap glassware unless you ask for them. Items are everywhere, not any kind of organization.

Friendly workers, many things to choose from. Downside? Inappropriately expensive since everything they sell they got for free as a donation. I understand they have to pay bills and workers to keep the place open, but still, EXPENSIVE.

This place isn’t very nice nor are the people who work there. Mostly junk that looks like it’s been in the store for ages. Disorganized. Wouldn’t recommend even if you’re a thrifter.

This was the dirtiest Goodwill I have ever been in. Items were dirty broken cracked and the store itself was not that clean. And for the condition of the items the majority was overpriced. I have been to a lot of Goodwill stores and this is the worst I've ever seen.

Cleaner that usual. Good customer service. Prices higher than used to be , some stuff can buy new at their used prices.

Decent bargains prices lately have went up . They send all the good stuff to Akron so it doesn't even stay in our community

Did not like that things were priced with a marker. Then if not the sales clerk made up a price. It's a store not a yard sale.

Employee is asking people to wear mask or leave the store. She says this is Goodwill store policy. And she has the right to enforce it.

Like this place for simple items, but prices are way too high for anything of quality.

Very unfriendly people here. I think they should be working somewhere where they don't have to deal with the public.

I find good quality and interesting things here. I visit often. Could use a little cleaning & wash the clothes donated.
