Love love love that they take cash at the gas pumps. Makes a huge difference when you have 2 sleeping children in the car and can't run in but only have cash. Another great thing about Goasis is they have the "extreme caffeine" coffee for those of us who travel a lot and need to stay awake. That coffee has saved me many times!

Starbucks now has a drive through so it’s much better. Good choices for drinks and snacks while traveling.

Really great stop. It had 24 gas pumps, a small food court, huge super clean restrooms, a double car wash, and everything you could want while on the road traveling. It was roomy, organized, and super clean. Did I say it was super clean? The food court had a Taco Bell, Popeyes Chicken, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut. There was plenty of tables and booths to eat in; plus outside tables. There was a huge cooler full of drinks, a large beer selection, and a really nice deli with roller food, coffee, and fountain drinks. It was definitely an upscale gas station. I've never seen one before, but I'll stop there if I see them again on my travels. My wife even commented on it after we got back on the interstate. She said, "What a great stop".

Poor customer experience. Stopped here on a trip to get a couple drinks from Starbucks.While we waited I asked a girl what this slushee frozen drink was in the counter, she said "it's a mango drink..." I asked well what kind of drink is it like how would I order it ? She seemed like she didn't know or didn't want to tell me, I'm not sure. Not helpful.Then, apparently if you order "light ice" they, have a "policy" to not fill up your cup. The girl did not offer to add more ice after I seem displeased with that statement.I wanted to get a refund on my drink bc it's Starbucks so it's already overpriced but the experience makes me wish we didn't spend the money.Then, I decided to use my "free breadsticks" at Pizza Hut which does not have any stipulations of where or how to use and they didn't honor it. The Popeyes guy said they are not corporate and asked me to go to another location in Ashland. Which I thought we were in Ashland..We didn't make a hassle bc we were short on time but will make sure to skip this place next time we're on the road.

Very nice place. FANTASTIC coffee. Great snacks and friendly staff. Edit 12/23/23, went there again this year, left my wallet on the counter. Called, they said it was safe and locked up. Went back today and there the manager had it. I didn't get her name but she us a wonderful person. Oh yes the coffee is still fantastic.

I was there at 3:40am so the fast food mall was closed, but this place is VERY nice. Huge store, spacious and clean restroom, LOTS of gas pumps, excellent location off interstate, hotels nearby, several fast food places right down the road, and just 80 miles north of Columbus. Really impressed

This gas station has a great selection of snacks, drinks and hot prepared food. Plenty of gas pumps and parking. It's very well lite and has a Popeyes chicken, pizza hut and Starbucks onsite. It was very clean and tidy.

Just walked out actually, left my food, pop, beer, and would have been smokes on the counter! A man on the phone trying to straighten something out, but ignoring we standing there, while a woman with no teeth told me to go to him twice while she rang other customers up. I moved over to her, an she told me she couldn't sell me beer the man had to. She was clearly old enough to sell it. So I moved back over all my stuff, still no help, so left it all on the counter. Hope she's able or he is able to reshelf it, and throw out the food. Was our weekly regular stop on our way to the lake. Never again to many other options in that aera

Easy off/on from I71. We have Goasis which is a large C store with any snack/drink u can think of including Starbucks or if ur in the mood for more substantial food we have Popeyes there or just minutes away there is everything from sit down restaurants (Dennys,Perkins) to drive-thrus(McDonald's, Wendys).

This use to be a great pit stop on our road-trips to Cleveland. I’d swing by here for the past 7-8 years and grab lunch and gas up, but not anymore. Tried to get lunch or supper here the last few times in the past month and their “food court” either isn’t opening on time or you’ll order and wait 30-40 mins for food that’s either sitting under a hot lamp or has yet to be made. The last time we came, we were in line at Popeyes for atleast 30 mins and not one piece of fresh chicken came out of the kitchen in that time span. We decided to skip out on that and find dinner somewhere else. They’re gonna get somebody sick here soon if they don’t watch it. If you need gas and a quick drink you can stop here, but avoid at all cost when it comes to a hot meal.

Quick & convenient fuel and food court. First place I've ever had a Popeyes biscuit that was actually delicious and cooked to perfection, not dry at all. Jonathan and the rest of the team are amazing.

There are a lot of restaurants on site, so you have a lot of options when it comes to roadside dining. The store part of this place was also huge. There are a lot of snacks and trinkets sold here. The sitting area inside is also quite large, and the bathrooms were clean as well. I received my food rather quickly.

I just stopped here as I always do on my way back home from Columbus to Cleveland and I love this place. Thank you to the girl working tonight named Ansel ( I believe that's her name). The # 1 reason I love this place is because you can pay with Cash at the gas pumps. Like actually insert the cash into the pump. I also love their go to extreme extra caffeinated coffee they always have since I can usually use the extra caffeine when driving.

Just don't use the car wash. I come here as a last resort and 7 times out of 10 the card reader won't work, it won't give you change or the car wash is out of service. One time I waited a long time and just as it was my turn someone came and closed up because it "quit working". I understand the occasional problem but if there is nearly always an issue then they need to shut down or do a complete overhaul of the system.

An gas station like no other can only be found in Ashland. Very nice and clean, with a variety of restaurants (the only Popeyes near my house!) The only downside is sometimes Popeyes gets our order wrong.

nice place to take a restroom break and get gassed up during a trip. bathrooms are always clean and smell good. my wife always askes to stop there of we need to stop. Her parents live out this way so we travel by here a lot, have never been disappointed with this stop

We stopped on our trip home from Cleveland. Definitely stop here. It has everything you may need. Starbucks, Popeyes, tacobell/pizza hutt and the regular gas station things. It also had two family restrooms with little toilets and sinks. It was clean. We will be making this our normal stopping point.

Great rest stop and worth the trip. A large variety of treats, beer, and small gifts. And they have 2 nice Family Restrooms! Very clean facility. Exit 186.

Large clean place to take a break from driving, the prices are outrageous at the fast food places. 7 dollars for three soft tacos from Taco Bell. Anywhere else there like 1.19.There’s a marathon on the other side of the highway if you want to get snacks and save some money.

The woman at the counter was very rude, and the worst part she was in charge. It wasn't just a random employee. How are you going to act mean and get rude with a customer because you only have pennies in your drawer and no other change. I literally needed 33 cents. She then got mad because I said I couldn't use a debit or credit card because all I had was cash. I will never return to this gas station
