Really disappointed in your customer service, I’m a young man spending my money like everyone els. This is the 2d time treated like I’m a criminal, my parents would of never been treated this way buying the same thing. I used big bills to buy my gift cards and the cashier/my receipt says Victoria, treated me like if my money was fake and made me feel uneasy, like I was trying to purchase these gift cards with fake money. I really hope you can find better people to represent your store. I’ll spend my money els-where.

I've been going here forever but the last 5 months have been terrible. My son changed his insurance in June, I asked several times about it, to make sure it was right, drugmart reassured me 3 or 4 different times I asked that the insurance was right. So tonight I go there and the lady through drive through was very disrespectful and was very rude (which there are quite a few rude ppl.who work here) and hateful which made me very upset so i was rude back to her, she was fighting with me, she kept saying it wasn't drugmarts fault that, that happened. Well it's not my fault when I ive tried to get ppl. That work at drugmart to put in the right insurances. I barely could get a word in, so I couldn't explain anything I wanted to. She said the secondary insurances are not going through, i said there's not supposed to be any other insurances anyway.. so this whole time for 5 months, they have been running it through the wrong insurances. She was blaming the insurance. It's not the insurances fault when you the person who puts it through insurances and don't have the right insurances in the system after being told I don't even know how many times that he has one insurance and told them which one. I've never had so much problems until recently. I am thinking about changing drugstores and I've been going to this one for 16 years. And I also had to sit in the drive thru for over a hour. One reason is that ppl. Are so disrespectful and sit there and wait the whole 20 mins. For their medicines. If they say 20 mins please get out of line so ppl. Who have med. Ready they they can drive through and get it and not wait for you to sit there for 20 min. So now I feel like I am going to have to call again for the 4th time to explain what insurance is supposed to be on there and which ones they need to take off. And who knows if they will get it right? As of these past 5 months, I don't recommend this place anymore. Always make sure your pills are right too. Cuz one time my son had a different pill in his bottle than what he was taking. Luckily he noticed it was a different pill before he actually took it. Definitely not happy with this place, anymore.

Ashland drug martI have always gone to drug mart for yrs. I bought a drug mart brand neosporin, it was all gritty I squeezed out more, same thing. I had thrown out the box, no longer had the receipt. Took it to the “courtesy counter” I told the women there about it, she snapped at me, you got the box? I said no, then she snapped at me, you got the receipt? I said no, then very nasty she says I can’t take it back. So I got nasty and said throw it out, and she says YOU throw it out I will now be switching all our prescriptions over and never step foot in there again! She could have been nice about

Transferred our family’s prescriptions to Drug Mart from CVS. Night and day difference! The pharmacists are absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond to make some medication easier for my little ones to take. I’m glad we made the switch.

I go here to pay my Ohio Edison electric bill. Its cheaper if you have their rewards card (49 cents with the card). The card is free. Look out for the products they leave on sale for stock clearance (usually near the office where you pay utility bill). I often find chocolates and hamburger helpers there at a portion of the price.

Very pleased with the Ashland Store's pharmacy service. Keith did a great job today helping with a prescription savings issue. Will definitely recommend them to others!

wide variety of medical things. we found some easy to install hand rails for my grandmothers bathroom. this is where i found Faygo blue moon mist and was hooked. been looking around haven't seen it. picked up a few halloween masks here one time to modify for the 2018 haunt at Mansfield reformatory. "saves you the run around"

Great place to go to pick up your prescriptions. The shopping experience is good as well. The service is hit or miss.

I keep forgetting about this place. But then find myself on this end of town needing something and not wanting to go to the other side of town for it and I find it here. It's kind of amazing how much they pack into this store and how good the prices are.

Great place to shop. Wal-Mart and Drug Mart are the only two places to shop in Ashland that even resemble the old day stores. As far as being well stocked.
