I called in a prescription at 5:am on Tuesday. On Thursday afternoon when I went to pick up the prescription it wasn't ready. I was promised it would be ready in 30 minutes. I couldn't wait so I went back on Saturday at 11:15 am and the pharmacy was closed due to \"unforeseen circumstances\" and would open at 10 am Sunday. I went back at 1:45 and they wouldn't open until 2 pm. The prescription STILL was not ready because they \"ran out\". If this was true, why was I originally promised it would be ready Thursday afternoon? On Monday at 12:30 pm it still wasn't ready. Finally at 2:15 on Monday, it was ready. THIS TOOK SIX DAYS TO PICK UP A POPULAR MEDICATION!Order enough of the more popular medications so the pharmacy does not run out so frequently and forces the team members to lie and say it will be ready in 30 minutes.Go back to the original closing hours instead of closing at 6:00pm.Phone calls do not connect to the store.

Poor overall quality of service. Received notice Rx was ready, came to pick it up only to be told it was not and to come back the following day. Came back the next day to find a line several people deep with several more waiting on Rx. When I finally made it to the counter I was told it still wasn't ready and would have to wait. When I inquired as to how long was given a flippant response about how busy they are. Will be finding a new pharmacy to shop with.

The pharmacy is fine, it's the rest of the store that is extremely frustrating. I shop at CVS especially b/c they do not sell tobacco products. And b/c I can communicate with an associate upon checkout. The new system of self check out SUCKS. I always need help, and it is embarassing to ask for it for a simple transaction. BRING BACK REAL PEOPLE or you will not need them at all... b/c you will lose your faithful customers!

We got to the pharmacy one minute late, literally one minute after they closed, to pick up important antibiotics. They did not help us at all and proceeded to tell us to come back in the morning, at our inconvenience.

Extremely rude staff. Poor punctuality. Really unfortunate to have to get medications from CVS when all other pharmacies in town are out of stock.
