There always seems to be issues with getting prescriptions in a timely manner. I called my OB clinic and they confirmed with me that CVS has received my prescriptions and I go to pick them up and get told they’re “on hold” for 13 days.. I’m sorry but it should have been made clear that my medication would be on hold, especially for this long as I can’t go long without taking it. No call, no text, nothing. Rite Aide was able to have my medication ready for me in less than 2 hours, thank goodness. Much better service there.

Got new prescription plan about a month ago, took all my bottles into Pharmacy and the lady enter all my info and I told her I would be refilling in a month, went in today to refill a prescription and they have no info on record, this is from the same lady that took all my info a month ago.

Pharmacy will close at 6pm regardless of how many people have been waiting in the drive through. The drive thru person seemed to be intentionally slow. It took 2cars over 20minutes just to get there prescriptions. Seems very suspect.

Had the best experience at the front register yesterday. The receipt says Orion, went out of his way to be friendly & helpful to me & my mom with our coupons, extrabucks & gift cards. We haven't had a great experience at CVS for awhile so we thank you Orion!

I checked to see when the pharmacy closed and it said 9pm. My husband was released from the hospital and so I went to CVS at 5:20pm to pick up antibiotics, prednisone and cough medication plus 3 other scripts for him and 2 scripts for me - an antibiotic also plus Elequis, a blood thinner that I needed for this evening. When I got up to the drive through ( with 6 other cars behind me) it was 5:55pm. No one was present, rang the bell and no one came. I then drove around to the front of the store and went to the pharmacy where I was told they were not doing any more transactions. I explained I needed especially my husband's meds due to his diagnosis but was rudely told they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I hope he will be okay throughout the night and if not, I may have to think about retribution. Will not be using this CVS again!!!!

The Ashland CVS pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen! Prescriptions are never ready when they say, they close their drive thru window quite often and their customer service is horrible!!! It really sucks that insurance companies force you to go there! Also there has never been a time that I haven’t had to wait at least 20 minutes in line at the drive thru to get my prescription only to be told that it’s not ready when they are the ones that set the pickup time over the phone.

this pharmacy is absolutely the worst. they don't really care because people's insurances force them to go here. I'm sending all my prescriptions to Rite aid and just paying for them out of pocket.

Cvs used to be decent. But not anymore. This is by far one of the worst pharmacies there is. You cannot count on getting your prescriptions on time here. I will surely switch to Walmart

Not sure if it's the systems or employees but something here isn't working properly. I've been without my daily medication for 3 days now because CVS "couldn't find" my prescription on a Friday afternoon. I waited until Monday to call my doctor, just for my doctor to let me know that they had called my script in the previous week and it had been confirmed. The young man at the drive through seemed slightly confused so perhaps more thorough training needs implemented.Edited down to 1 star because this happened a second time with my toddlers medication. I spent 2 days calling between doctor and cvs and she ended up just going without the medication altogether

Went today for Flu shot. Timing was perfect. Virtually no wait. Took approx 15 min for everything. Pharmacy personnel very good and cheerful, which was uplifting. Process was quick and efficient. I've always gone to CVS for my annual shots.

Just went up to cvs, since it’s closest store to my house, and google and the CVS app both said the store closed at 10. That was awesome because unfortunately being a woman, sometimes we are surprised early by our monthly visitor, and don’t always have the right options for what we need. I got out of my car, and immediately was greeted by a guy, “you’re cutting it close there.” I said your app and google both say 10? He said “yeah it’s wrong, we’ve been trying to get it fixed.” It was still about 5 till 9pm anyway, and was literally going to be in and out, but I said okay I’ll go to Walmart, because honestly he made me uncomfortable anyway to where I wouldn’t want to be shopping alone with him. I understand closing time and wanting to go home, I worked in retail for 20 years, but there are ways he could’ve said it to be nicer. That was majorly uncalled for. I get all my prescriptions there but I’ll be switching now. Please train your employees better.

I was hesitant to go here because of all of the bad reviews, but from my lone experience, they were great. Probably helped that it didn't look at all busy when I got there. I used the Minute Clinic and Pharmacy, staff were friendly and helpful.

I'm typically very happy with this location, but today the cashier cleared an error on the self checkout, then proceeded to click thru the rest of the checkout questions without asking me if I wanted to use Rewards or an e-receipt only. Totally messed up my amount owed and when I asked her about it, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Customer service was spot on until they installed the self checkout. Now customers and staff are irritated with it.

Every time you go to the pharmacy you are met with an attitude even from the pharmacist. What is the issue with everyone who works at ashland cvs. There is only one person who knows what to do and how to do it and get your scripts filled. Laura is awesome. The rest of the staff including Tami are the rudest associates there. Time to move my business to another pharmacy. If they hate the public or their job so badly go find another line of work as customer service is not for you.

This location’s pharmacy manager will gaslight you and accuse you of stealing medication before they ever consider owning up to a mistake they made. After arguing with us forever and accusing my dad of STEALING GABAPENTIN, it took them 5 minutes to reach out to the technician who was new and made a simple mistake and call us to apologize. Switching pharmacies now before they accuse us of worse and don’t own up next time. The staff here clearly hate their lives and want you to hate yours too.BOTTOM LINE: Unless you HAVE to go here, DON’T. It’s a disaster.

The pharmacy is ridiculous. They never have your prescription ready even if you call it in way in advanced. Always backed up with customers. It was not a good business decision to buy out ritzmanns pharmacy when they can't even take care of their CVS customers as it is. . . The store portion is overpriced but with coupons and the reward card you can get some good deals. The ladies in the store are always friendly.

Called in to get my flu shot info from a week ago. Was on the phone with around 3 different people all of whom were incredibly rude. Spent nearly 25 minutes on the phone to get 3 pieces of information. They just lost our business. Save yourselves a pharmacy trip and go to Rite Aid.

Have worked in retail for 3+ years. (Not at CVS)Every time I go in, Betty, Joni, and Roxanne give me outstanding customer service. They all have wonderful personalities and I look forward to seeing them every time I walk into the store! Thank you for always being so kind to me and helping me find whatever I’m looking for. (Usually make up) so Betty always helps me and updates me on new things she will be putting out in the store. They’re all great at what they do!

I don't like the pharmacy in Ashland. They aren't very private. They yell out your name and then when you have to give your birthday, they repeat it loudly. Then they talk about your prescription where everyone else can hear. Also, I get a text when my rx is ready. I call to see if it is and they say yes. You go in and they say it's not ready. I saw a pharmacy tech rubbing her nose and then was counting out pills. She never washed her hands. I told the pharmacist and he just looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

Unfortunately I feel they rate a zero, but won’t let me post if I don’t give it at least one 🤨...first person I spoke with trying to find out if they carried Smith & Nephew skin prep hung up on me! Then the second girl (after being asked to hold & waited for 4.5 minutes) couldn’t get Smith after several “what was that again?” and needed me to spell nephew for her..then after entering info into computer asked if I could hold AGAIN and I finally hung up on her after waiting ANOTHER extended time on hold...

Very disappointed with Deborah Royes in the clinic. People go there and PAY for a service, she really needs to have a stich of compassion and kindness ESPECIALLY to sick little ones!! Horrible person. If she hates her job so much and hates people and children then she needs to change careers!!

Almost every experience I have had with this CVS has been terrible. I get told my prescription is ready and have to wait 20-30 minutes after arriving for them to be ready. I call to ask if they're ready and we get the ring around. D O N E with this place! Rite-aid here we come

I asked the women at the front counter for hand sanitizer when I first came in and said that we were out. As I wanted to ask questions, she perceived walking away from me as I asking about when the next truckthat would drops off more of them. She said we haven't got to it yet. As I wanted to ask one more she said sorry and walked away from me without asking if I had anything else I could help with. By this point I wasn't going to chase her down in the store ask another question. Waste of time

This store is NOT open until 11PM. This kind of makes me mad because gas is not cheap and when your running around trying to get VICS Vapor Rub for your 2 year old at 10:30PM and want to get to the closest place and think the store is open because their actual website says so it kind of makes you wonder: are they suppose to be open and closed early or do they actually close at 10? No one ever wants to go to Wal-mart. Just post the right time you close so we know how much gas we actually have to waste.
