We have used Comfort Control before and have always been happy with them Chris and Richard installed our new hot water tank today and did an excellent job. They both were so professional and went above and beyond educating me on the iron in our water. Tom (service tech on call) over the weekend was also helpful and prompt in calling me and starting the ticket for a new one. By the time I called Shelby on Monday Tom had already spoke to her and within a short amount of time Earl called me with estimate and got me on scheduie immediately.So all in all it’s great teamwork at CC. Thanks!

Our basement got flooded and it took out the board on the furnace I contacted comfort control around noon and by four o clock that afternoon they had it up and running and they were very reasonably priced thank you. Matt from Ashland Comfort Control was wonderful to work with! He came out diagnosed the problem with our furnace almost immediately and then ordered the necessary parts. It was cold, the house temperature was in the low 50s. He worked his magic and got the parts the next day, came out in the morning and installed them seamlessly. Thanks to Ashland Comfort Control and Matt for being so customer oriented. It’s a great people organization. I would highly recommend them for heat and air conditioning work!

We called the emergency number and left a message. Not sure what to expect. There was a knock at our door 30 minutes later. Mike showed up and said I don’t live far and I heard your kiddo in the background. I didn’t want you to be without heat tonight. So of course our a/c was acting up on a Saturday, on a hot day. I called and the recording said because I participated in their pre-paid twice-a-year service agreement, I would receive quick treatment. And sure enough Matt called and was to my house within 15 minutes and fixed our problem. I was able to take advantage of their included once a year diagnostic visit which saved me money. Didn’t have any problems in the beginning, they replaced our systems in 2018 and that was smooth sailing until the past year. We’ve had NOTHING but problems.Just in the past 6 months we’ve run out of Freon numerous times. We have to have someone come out every time- and of course we’re stuck footing the bill because “they can’t find an issue” and “someone’s probably just stealing it.” Yes, those were the words out of the guys mouth. Considering we have a camera in the backyard pointing directly at the unit… don’t think that’s possible.Now we’re down to it running out in A WEEK! How is there no issue when it’s that bad?! And what would someone do if they couldn’t afford all of these “repair” costs!? Because it’s not cheap!!The cherry on top is after this lovely employee came out; there’s water all over our basement floor near the system. I mean it’s just never ending problems.And the professionalism is non existent. When he was “servicing” our AC unit, my husband asked him why we are constantly running through Freon, a VERY valid concern considering how much money we’re pouring into this company to “fix” our issues, and the man threatens to leave!!! Tells my husband that if he thinks he doesn’t know what he’s doing, he’ll just leave. I mean can it get any worse?At this point we’re considering seeing if another company will service our equipment because we can’t handle the cost, attitude, disregard, etc from this company.

We’ve been Comfort Control Club customers since 2015 and recently had an issue with our old furnace.The Comfort Control team came out, got it operational and advised us we should strongly consider a new furnace seeing as the current unit was about 26 years old.I want to commend the entire Comfort Control team for their customer service and personal touch. Everyone we’ve ever interacted with from customer service to technicians & installers has been nothing short of exceptional.Logan came out immediately and got us an estimate within 3 hours of looking at the project. The team (I didn’t catch their names but they should receive some kudos!) was able to install our new furnace inside of 1 week from when we signed on for the new install. That is an incredible turnaround.In this day and age, customer service and treating people fairly is seemingly an afterthought, however, I can confidently say that Comfort Control still represents those core values.
