We took our 2 doodles here for daycare, boarding and grooming for nearly 2 years before leaving the area for work. The ladies here run a wonderful business and always treated our dogs as family. Our dogs truly loved all of the daycare activities. I highly recommend Ashland Doggie Daycare!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a few months and he loves it. He has really come out of his shell and gets excited to go to daycare and see his “girlfriends” and doggy pals. He had an urgent medical issue while in their care and they were prompt in alerting me and getting him to the vet for X-rays. The packages are a good value if you plan on long-term daycare.

Oliver loves his staycations, the staff is amazing and they take awesome care of my baby, I never have to worry because I know they take awesome care of him and love him so much. Love, love, ❤️ this place and staff

We went away over a holiday weekend and our 4 month old Schnauzer stayed at Ashland Doggy Daycare for the weekend. They sent daily picture updates and he truly looked happy. Everyone I talked to at ADD was very sweet and I could tell they cared for Charley as much as we do. I will definitely board here again!!!

Nala girl loves to go to this daycare. About a mile before we get there in the mornings, she gets so excited. She practically jumps out the car and drags any attendant who gets her to the gate. She comes home exhausted from a fun filled day. Thank you for taking care of my dog so well!

Very sweet and attentive staff! This was the first time my dog had ever been boarded and the staff were so good to our fur baby and super accommodating! We will for sure use them again!

This place seemed like the perfect fit at first. My dog loved going there and it worked great with my work schedule since I recently have had to pick up a second job due to covid-19. There never seemed to be a problem until they moved locations. At their old location I was always told my dog was doing great and got to play with other dogs her age and it was a great time. After they moved I was told that "incidents" started happening because my dog, a 9 month old puppy, wanted to play woth dogs that did not want to play. Well, WHY would they put a puppy in with dogs that did not want to play and expect something good to come out of it? Instead of trying to resolve the situation, my dog was asked to not return to the daycare. They were supposed to call me the next day to explain, and of course they never did. Now I am left scrambling trying to find day care for my pup while working 2 jobs. They really should not accept puppies if they cannot properly care for them, which it is abundantly obvious that they cannot. I would not recommend taking your dog here, it is likely you will be disapointed.

I would not recommend this place for doggy daycare and especially not for boarding! They did not listen to our instruction, left him alone for several hours. When we picked him up and took him home we found out he chewed and ate his sheet, holes all in it after we specifically told them only when they are their with him during the day, he has anxiety. We called an hour after we picked him up to asked what happen and they left a kong of his when packing up his things. we didn't get a call back, we actually had to call them back two days later to which a supervisor stated yes they got our vm and notes and SHE WAS WAITING FOR WHEN WE CALLED BACK.... seriously?! what kind of service is that? she was not apologetic at all and very unprofessional. This was our first experience with these people and we will never go back and I will not recommend them to my friends who have furbabies.

Nails cut too short on dog and we weren't told this when we picked him up. Then he started bleeding in the car. Blood all over our cloth seats and had to have vet put a cone on him and wrap his foot because the bleeding wouldn't stop. They confimed the nail was cut too short. No one ever got back to us after writing a letter to the owner. We weren't going to write a review but decided to since not be bothered to contact us or anything. I really thought the owner would at least tell us she was sorry it happened. We are out the vet money and what it will cost us to clean the back seat if the car. I know places get busy but they should have told us that he had been bleeding. Very frustrating!
