I’ve been in this store a handful of times actually looking for antiques. Today my sisters and I went in looking for anything Ashland antiques when the lady standing behind the counter looked at us and said to the gentleman sitting on the counter “I need to make the sign on the door bigger so people know not to bring backpacks in”The lady was talking about my backpack purse I wear everywhere. My sisters and I directly started to walk out and the older gentleman sitting there said “oh we weren’t talking about you” (mind you we were the only people in there with backpacks)We were almost to the door and we heard the lady say to the gentleman “oh people just come in here to kill time while they wait on their table at the restaurant”What a sad way to treat customers who were actually interested in buying from you.Picture for proof that we actually do collect antiques…. But not from them anymore

Didn’t welcome or acknowledge us when we walked in. Was planning to buy a few small things but couldn’t meet the card minimum so I put them back in front of all three employees. Got followed out and accused of still having the items with no apologies. Save your money for the brewery or Fig & Oak, they were amazing.

Killed 40mins for them to open at 10, then waited more outside until 10:15. That's okay though, I spent my $600 at Gleaners.
