Not a bad experience at all. Staff was friendly for my first time ever being there. Took my Cane Corso pup (Nala) to get her shots. She seem to like the places and the staff she stayed relaxed the whole time, so I liked that for her.

I had been to 2 other vets the morning I was trying to find a vet to help me with my dad's cat. They were already so busy with surgeries and visits. However they seen how sick porky was and seen us anyway. Unfortunately they were only able to do so much. They found out he has feline leukemia and there wasn't to much they could do. They gave him fluids and medication and stuff to make you feel as comfortable as they could. And told us that when we was ready they were there and what he'll put his pain to an end. They also made an appointment for me to get his brother tested too. So in a month I will be taking Justice , I pray he doesn't have it. They treated me like I had been going there for years. So sweet and respectful. Very sympathetic and compassionate. I can only thank them for being there for me and porky.

Good people. Definitely didn't appreciate the blindsided $175 xray and $50 blood panel charges. Yes, I said do it, but that's steep pricing for not mentioning the associated cost. Also, $120 for vaccinations. This just didn't feel good at all.

Great vet clinic. Everyone does a great job working with animals here.Unfortunately I've had to put a dog down and was with my mom when she put hers down at this clinic...both through this vet clinic...but the staff treated the dogs and us respectfully. Would recommend coming here for all your pet needs!

On Friday 1-20-2023 took my Bella kitty in to have her put down. One of the worse days of my life considering she was a young kitty.The events that led up to that decision was precipitated by many visits and surgery.The staff could not of been more helpful and kind. They helped to guide me thru the process of an awful situation.While that doesn't make easier it certainly made the experience a little more tolerable and kind.I would like to thank everyone at Arlington Veterinary Clinic.Sincerely,Eric.

This guy was pretty good before he moved to his new big building and took on an additional vet. Now he seems unresponsive to ones concerns and questions. Also has lost composure and acted unprofessional when ones views on certain alternatives do not reflect his own views. What I say next is IMHO the truth. What I say is that my pet would now likely be dead if I left his care up to him and his associate.

Took our long time pet there to put at rest,sad day for us worst thing to do but couldn't live with her suffering, the Staff was very understanding and cared not only for our pet but also us. Since then we took another one of our pets to have surgery for a growth on it's eye lid and seems to be a lot better, Thanks for taking good care of our pets. I would recommend this place for people who want to get good care for their pets.

Dr. Rousch and the staff have taken excellent care of my cats over the years. Our last cat lived to almost 22 years old. The 2 we have now are almost 15. One is diabetic and gets insulin 2 times per day. We have had excellent service with these folks and look forward to many more years ahead.

Truly caring people about my dog's health. Took my senior dog here to determine why she became lethargic and ill suddenly. They suggested bloodwork to find reason and asked if it was okay before doing the test. Received antibiotics and to follow up in 2 days about her condition. It was touch and go for a few days and personnel were sympathetic each time I called about her condition and end-of-life options. Highly recommended.

Be prepared to shell out some $$$$$! This is the 2nd time we visited; the last time was at the old location. I don't know if they're trying to pay for the new building or what, but the bill was a SHOCK to the system! We're not well-off, in fact kind of struggling, but proper pet care is of the utmost importance, so when my cat got an infection on his toe approx. the same time that he needed his yearly vaccinations, I thought it would be a pretty simple issue. We saw Dr. Zimmerman, who did spend a lot of time with him, BUT, did not mention how $$$ the test would be to diagnose the problem (or anything else for that matter). He also has a chronic ear problem ("gunky ears") which I orig. thought were mites but is a yeast problem. Dr. Rausch diagnosed this the first time we visited and noted that he may have this problem on-and-off for life, and since his ears were as gunky as ever, I asked Dr. Z to check them out. She dismissed them as something that "would not be a problem" and would probably go away very soon. (BTW: NOT!) She also sold me some Zymox (which honestly, isn't a bad thing to have and although this is the most I've ever paid for it LOL, I can't argue with her rec.). The Rx for the toe also cost a pretty penny, and she didn't apply the first dose (which all of my prev. vets have offered to do just because the cat is stressed and when you get home, the last thing the cat wants to do is be manhandled again). But honestly, I was so confused by all the instructions, I did forget to ask, so that's on me too. At any rate, we have 2 cats, and you better believe we went to a more affordable and reasonable vet rec. by the Hancock Cty Humane Society (where we adopted them) to get his sister's yearly shots. We didn't have huge complaints with the care he received, but We WON'T be back here; we can't afford it! (Oh- P.S. don't give them your email address or you'll be incessantly harassed with emails to buy pet Rxs & pet food autoship.)

Vet was fast and efficient. Took all 4 of our dogs in at once. Each got 2 shots with a overall check up and was out within 40 minutes.
