The employees are always friendly and helpful. I think company policy must limit the number of people working because often there is only 1 employee in the store. The aisles are usually full of carts with merchandise waiting to be put on empty shelves. If Dollar General paid their employees more and treated them better, the employees would stay longer. Without enough help, the store is messy and even dirty much of the time.

My friend and I were in there on Tuesday. Not only was the store dirty but. The cashiers watched us. Like we were going to steal something, there was a kid behind the counter. With one of the cashiers. Thought kids weren't aloud in the stores. The cashiers were VERY rude to us. We will NEVER shop at that store again! The cashiers, and stores are much better in Wauseon and Delta!

Nice location. Ez access. Good staff. Aisles get cluttered due to restocking. 3 registers. One open. Sometimes have to wait 4-5 customers in line, slow to call for staff to open another register. Really like the store, shop there often.

Good enough store to pop in for a few things in a hurry. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is somewhat disorganized and crowded. They definitely need more space!

Stopped carrying air filters. Huge inconvenience!!Many times there are long lines to wait at check out. This is rarely a quick stop.Very friendly service.

There's only 1 employee at the Archbold dollar general that's polite and professional and that's marcia. The manager is unprofessional.
