Right now they don't let you in the building. They come out and get your pet for you. That is nice in the sense that your pet doesn't get worked up by seeing other animals in the waiting area. However, if you have an animal that needs you as their comfort person then maybe you won't like coming here. Not sure if they would let you go in with them or not. Maybe they would. They do seem to take good care of your pet.UPDATE: They are letting you in the building now.

TLDR;Poor communication, pseudo-scientific remedies prescribed, return of said remedies refused.We needed medication for a pet that gets very car sick and were told to just ask for it closer to when she needed to travel. We did and were sold a homeopathic remedy. If you know anything about homeopathy, you'll understand my frustration with the fact that I purchased 15ml of LITERALLY JUST WATER for $20 and wasn't allowed to return it.When asking for some real medication, I was told I would have to make another appointment for the pet before anything could be prescribed. This is ridiculous, since I had already brought up the need for this medication at the last TWO appointments and an assessment and prescription could have been taken care of a long time ago.Of course, no appointments before the trip date were available.Needless to say, we will take our pet to a different vet; one who communicates more clearly and doesn't prescribe pseudo-scientific remedies.

Recently took my cats there because they were seeming a bit sick. One with an ear infection and one with a URI. They were pretty calm and kind about everything. They do check ups, vaccines ect. Got some meds for my cats. Nothing super expensive either. They are super kind to the animals. They use to be super busy for a while and use to take months to get an appointment but now only a few days. They can do early mornings too if you have a busy day. Small place and little parking but they do curbside carrier pick up.

Is great place. Friendly staff but if you have an emergency of any kind or need your pet seen quickly their schedule is quite packed. I'd recommend having a secondary vet available in case of urgent care and emergencies

Visited this vet for 8 years for cats & dogs. The staff was always very caring & polite. Then, my dog accidently got pregnant on her first heat (which was during a family emergency). I was treated terribly by the vet & the vet suggested that I abort the pregnancy because my dog was too young & the birth would surely kill her if the puppies were not cut out. Seriously not wanting to cut her open OR kill the puppies, I took her for a second opinion. She went on to be a wonderful mama to that litter of pups & there were no complications. I will never suggest anyone ever go there.
