Incompetent employees, rude employees, customers are snobs not a friendly store. Trying to figure out why I was band from the store for an Incompetent employee not knowing his job

Being only my second time in the store and not being able to really see the signs (left my glasses at home) I wandered around the store looking for what I wanted. Soon after I started looking I noticed I was being watched by a male employee. As I continued through the store I noticed that the employee was following me throughout the store. Then after paying for my items and walking to my car I looked back and saw the same employee watching me from the door. Not only was I uncomfortable, but I am insulted by the fact the employee felt the need to watch me even after I left the store. Needless to say I won't be back.
