I took my two German Shepherd females to get their shots. They hadn't seen a vet for a few years .my old veterinarian was in North Carolina.. I would give the staff 10 and the veterinarian 9. The price was very affordable I would recommend them.

Called multiple times to set my puppy's dew claws removal and tail removal. Everytime on the phone was told there would be no issue to fit me in . Called a third time when the puppies are here and they tell me they can't help me on something they stated they could do. This is time sensitive amd they knew this. I'm new to the area and now must try to find another vet with very little time to spare. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend using them.

Very nice lady at the desk. Affordable compared to other places. The man who looked at our puppy was very blunt. Didn't come off very nice at all and made us uncomfortable but he did his job well. The woman was very kind as to us and the animals.

Dr Imhoff and his staff could not be more knowledgeable and courteous. Dr Imhoff is an amazing vet and we feel extremely comfortable with his medical processes and decisions. They did an outstanding job of saving our Valley bulldog from a complicated obstruction. Our dog couldn’t wait to greet the staff and Dr Imhoff on a follow up visit, which means they were angels to him when he was there during his hospitalization and surgical procedure. We feel privileged to be able to be patients at this vet clinic, and would NEVER consider going elsewhere. A great big THANK YOU to everyone there for their expertise and dedication to our fur babies!

I can't say how grateful I am for the staff here. I had taken my cat to another vet, had problems from the start, they misdiagnosed and put her on the wrong medication and she quickly went downhill. The other vet refused to see her, even though it was am emergency. I called Country road, and even without my animals being patients of theirs (not for lack of effort, they are always so full that they aren't accepting new patients), they agreed to see her and try and fit her in. I drove straight there amd they got her in within 5 minutes. Sadly it was too late, my girls lungs were too damaged and I had to put her down, but the Doctor was compassionate and even though they didn't really have time to get us in, he let me have time to say goodbye to her. Afterwards the kind woman I spoke to on the phone, I believe her name was Joy, came in and offered condolences and hugged me. That doctor and Joy will never know how grateful I am for them. I can't wait for them to accept new patients, I trust them amd feel like they take care of animals just as if they were their own. Thank you guys again! ❤️

I recently had to make the decision to say goodbye to my elderly dog. The staff was very compassionate and understanding through the entire process. Even though it was a hard situation, everyone was kind and sympathetic, giving me time to say my goodbyes.I appreciate how well the office took care of us.Jamie

These few, amazing individuals have single handedly saved my 🐈 cats and my sanity!! Even though they are either booked up, they squeezed us in and made us verbalize an oath not to stand them up haha! Too many new clients are no call/no showing and that has made them leery about adding new. All I can say is to tell your story, it's a small, locally owned vet clinic that has treated my babies with the utmost care! Thank you!!

It's easy to miss since its inside of a house. Service was just... ok. Overpriced for what you get if you ask me. They wouldn't even help my dog who couldn't walk after surgery out of her cage. I had to go in the back and carry her out. I DID NOT like that they weren't wearing masks during a PANDEMIC!

We love Country Road Vet Services! Good prices and even better service! Dr. Imhoff is professional and does a great job with all our dogs. He does a phenomenal job on our dog repro & health work and is always available for emergency needs! Highly recommend!

Sure, they're friendly. Sure, their prices are great. But neither equal good care. Took two dogs in to be spayed-- my dad's 4 year old German Shepherd and my mom's 3 year old Chihuahua mix. We were able to take them home the same day at 4 PM. Next morning at 5 AM, my dad's dog died. Autopsy was done, apparently it was due to internal bleeding with a blood clot formed at the kidney. What kind of incompetency is this? Why wasn't the internal bleeding caught? My dad lost a daughter, a friend, and a dog all in one. He's devastated and I am too. I am heartbroken for him and for the dog. I do NOT recommend taking your dog to this clinic. Your dog or cat is worth paying more to make sure they get the best care and this clinic does not offer the best care.Please reconsider taking your animal's here. If you think "oh, the odds of that happening to me are slim..." think again because I thought the same exact thing and look what happened. I will be seeing about contacting the state Veterinarian board about this because the blame is 100% on "Dr." Dennis Trautwein.

These guys are great! I use them for my three horses and they have done it all! My mare fell in the trailer and banged her leg up pretty bad. Good as new! She decided to come up to me with a swollen eye. All cleared up! Dr. Jacque is really great especially since he takes their vitals, asks questions about the animal and their prices are fair and not through the roof. I've used them for four years now since I wasn't happy with the other clinic. They do their vaccinations every summer and I will gladly keep using them!

These are awesome people! I had an emergency with my goat and the vet stayed and waited for me to arrive so that he could check him out. Took care of him on the spot and we are beginning treatment! Will deffinitly be my new vet for my goats!

Called to get health cert for horse traveling to FL and the paperwork was a mess! Name scribbled over and rewritten in one area, address scribbled over in another. No accession # from the Coggins. All of these are huge red flags for going through an Ag stop. Asked for new one written properly and they refused. Unbelievable response from a vet clinic! Will never use again or recommend to anyone.

We love Country Road Veterinary! Our dear goat got very sick in the middle of the night - 2am! The Doc on call answered right away, and came all the way fromhome to meet us at the office in Apple Creek. He was very nice, and spent at least an hour treating the goat, and explaining what to do. His quick action and expert knowledge saved our goat, and we will be forever grateful. Can't say enough great things about this vet.
