This is a very nice place, the staff are very pleasant and the location is a nice quiet one. My cat and dog both seem to not mind going here, they both seem to like the calm and quiet atmosphere very much. I like the calm atmosphere and like seeing my pets not stressed out when going to their appointments. So happy about that.

I was so nervous/anxious, to bring Dolly for her appointment as she is just a puppy. The staff at the Sidney location, had the utmost professionalism and a calm demeanor. Their expertise in handling Dolly and administering her shots perfectly is truly commendable. Dolly felt safe and comfortable in their care. It's wonderful to have such dedicated and skilled professionals looking after our furry family members.

Can't say enough about the folks here. They've done farm calls for a goat, helped with 4 dogs and a Netherland Dwarf rabbit. The one dog our sweet boy Captain they helped cross the rainbow bridge and were so compassionate and kind. Even sent a sympathy card on top of comforting hubby and I during. The Best!

Tim Woodward is the best! Thank you for giving me back my baby! There have been issues and I'm sure there will be more, but for now you gave my Murph another chance. He runs up to you when you walk in the room. Anna and Sidney office have been great. You have no idea what this means to us. I would give give you a million stars if I could. Thank you!!!

Clearly the best around. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that if you have a sick animal it is well taken care of. We have never had a bad experience with them and find the doctors and staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone who has a housepet or barnyard animal that needs some attention.

Hands down that this is one of the greatest veterinary places to go. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They squeeze us in for our 2 GSDs when they need care and bailed us out of trouble many times with our dogs! Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. This was our boxer’s vet. He was 7 years old and had a heart murmur which was monitored by this clinic. He started acting lethargic and did not eat or drink on a Friday late afternoon, which proceeded into the evening. We called the vet as soon as they opened the next morning and was told he could not be seen. I explained what was happening, that his status had continued to deteriorate, had had no food or water, etc and was still pushed away. I even brought up the emergency slots that veterinary clinics keep open and the person on the phone said, “Yes we have those but your dog can’t be seen today.” That was the end of the phone call; no compassion or even putting us on hold to ask the doctor if our boy could be seen. Our dog passed away in the car while on the way to the emergency vet in Lima. TriCounty is a mile away from where we live. He was a regular patient. Instead of them seeing him and potentially helping his prognosis or making him more comfortable, this office refused to see our dog and made us take him to a clinic that we had never been to a half hour away, prolonging his suffering and devastating us. We will never return.

Highly recommend Dr. Wagner. Within the past 8 weeks she’s performed 2 surgeries on my dog, seen him multiple times for checkups, and quickly returned any phone calls when I had concerns. The front desk staff at the Anna office is also very friendly!

This place is beyond amazing. They helped us get through the end of life transition with our boy Max for the last 6 months of his life. Dr Wagner is surely someone special with her kindness and understanding but most importantly for her love of the animals. When Max passed he was home in his bed with me beside him helping him through it as we knew he wanted. It was painless and quick as she helped us get to. They treated him with the utmost respect when we brought him in for cremation which gave us comfort knowing he was cared for even in death. I would never consider going to another vet service with how they have treated us and our 14 year old boxer, as well as our 9 yr old boxer thats still with us. You can absolutely rest assured your loved ones are cared for here second to none.

I took my cat, Mia, in today, due to not eating or drinking. They were so thorough and compassionate about the whole ordeal. It wasn’t the outcome I was hoping for, but in the end I’m glad I gave them a chance to save my Mia bug.

Honestly, very unhappy with this place. I took my 8 month (HEALTHY) female Rotty there to get fixed. Payed extra to have her tested to make sure everything went well. I get a call saying her heart failed during surgery and that she died. They didn’t even start the procedure yet. All they did was start the anesthesia. I felt like they were very unprofessional about the whole situation. I was so heart broke and lost for words. They couldn’t even give me a explanation why she died. And the more research I did, I’m now wishing that I got an Autopsy bc the chances of she was allergic to the Anesthesia it would of had signs right away ( swelling, rashes some levels slowly dropping). There is a 1/100,000 chance she had a very bad reaction to it. 1/2000 chance of a healthy dog dying under anesthesia. Something just doesn’t seem right here. And the more I talk to people all around about it. The more I hear ( I never heard of that before) makes me feel like something was messed up on Tri-County Vets end. But I will never get to know bc it’s too late my puppy is already cremated. Don’t be like me, please take your furry kids somewhere else. Also had to pay for the anesthesia that killed my dog & had to pay for the lab testing that didn’t seem to help with anything

Tri-county is a awesome place to take your dog.The employees are fun easy to talk to real friendly.The employees took my dog on walks. The employees played with her. I would recommend people to take your animals there.

We had found two abandoned kittens and these guys were able to see them the next day and check them out. They were fast, knowledgeable, and clearly love the animals, the two are doing amazing now and we will be bringing them back once they are around 8 weeks for another check up!

I take both my dogs to the Anna, OH location as their regular vet. The staff is always friendly & knowledgable. My Presley girl has had a long struggle with anxiety, and we’ve seen several vets around the state in the past. Dr. Amanda Wagner is our very favorite! Presley and I visited today to discuss her anxiety & Dr. Wagner has really been the first to hear me out completely about Presley’s struggles. Thanks to Dr. Wagner, we’re finally on the road to comfort. We love her & we love Tri-County Vet!

I brought my cat in for the first time today, it was such a pleasant experience. I was able to speak to the veterinarian and be in the exam room with my pet, it honestly felt like bringing one of my kids to the doctor.

This clinic is taking advantage of pet owners and their dying family members. After multiple complaints that they were charging up to $40 extra for owners to be in the room while their pets were put down, the RAISED the drop off rate of $44 to a flat rate of $70. So, ... they have effectively given themselves a raise... for euthanasia... now... everybody has to pay the $70 whether they stay in the room with their pet or not.They are DESPICABLE!When I complained, they sent me a Facebook message telling me how many people have complained about the extra fee policy to stay in the room, and that this was their decision to make everybody happy... raise the rates. Really? What a bunch of morons.Please don't take your pets there. They only care about lining their pockets.
