Taneisha ALWAYS does a great job with my Jaela! Next time I'll take a before photo so that you can see what a mess she is before Taneisha works her magic! They get my girl in and out within a couple of hours, unlike another groomer that I will not mention by name, that had my baby girl for over 8 hours! Dogspaw is stuck with us!! 🤗🤗

The best groomers we have been to! They are all the absolute sweetest to my anxious dog. She doesn’t fight me to come in the door which makes me feel confident she is comfortable there. They are reasonably priced and always listen to how I want my dog’s cut to look. Highly recommend their services and facility!

Highly recommend the DogSpaw. We moved to Dublin but still make the drive due to the high quality and value. Sometimes Ollie comes back with a new haircut but we're not picky and just glad he is in good hands! Everyone is polite and seems to genuinely care about the dogs, which is important to us because our dog can be a little shy and sensitive. We've had a few different groomers work on Ollie and I think our favorite was Chelsea but we've had no complaints or issues with any of the staff.

They were super sweet to my dogs, especially my 13 year old standard poodle who has trouble standing due to her health issues, they took extra special care of her. I have never been dispointed in their appearance when I go to pick them up. The ladies there are so nice and reasonably priced!

Absolutely the Very Very Best Grooming Salon in Columbus and Surrounding. My Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier has been going here for 6 years. Ashley has been his groomer the entire time. I have recommended this place to so many people abd everyone has been very happy with whoever their groomer is for their furry family member.One more thing I love....Your puppy isn't sitting in a cage all day waiting to be groomed. They get your furry family member in and out within 2 1/2 hours. The entire staff is Amazing!

Adopted our little fur ball recently and started looking for a groomer in the vicinity of our neighborhood. These groomers are amazing! We took our dog to another groomer a couple of times and she always came back to us shaking like she was scared to death. From the first visit to DogSpaw she has been calm and not afraid of being dropped off and picked up. I truly believe they treat her as good as we do. The groomers do an excellent job and update us of any suggestions relating to our dog’s hygiene. I don’t see a need to take our little girl anywhere else. A suggestion- we make our next appointment when we pick up to keep our pup on the schedule. These groomers are busy because they are so good.

The owner's aggressive response says enough on it's own...For the record: We do not treat our beloved pet inhumanely. We never asked for a refund. We didn’t have any of the conversations she’s referring to. Whatever social media crusade she's dreaming of... Great, friendly staff! They always take care of our 3 huskies :) they are very gentle to our oldest husky who has bad back legs. They groom on the floor instead of the table and when we picked them up last time, he was sitting next to the front desk with the groomer. How cute. Highly recommend this place!

Courtney is amazing!! She’s groomed my dog for 4 years now and we used her for our previous dog for years as well. I’ve recently moved and I drive 45 min to get my dog groomed. Prices are good. The most important thing to me is knowing my dog is in safe hands when I leave her there. My dog has anxiety but Courtney is a champ and really handles my dog well. I recommend dog spaw 10/10 times. Thanks forTaking care of my baby!

I have actually been taking my toy poodle here for over two years now. She has been going to the same groomer for the entire time. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. Beware- they are no longer a secret and same day appointments are very difficult to come by, since I have started scheduling my appointments before I leave from my current one. This is also (as far as I can tell) a locally owned business, so I feel good for supporting the "mom-and-pop" store over the national chains with high turnover.I would recommend them highly, in fact so highly, this is only the second review I've posted in the last six months.

We had a great experience at the DogSpaw! Our St. Bernard looks & smells great! Her coat is like silk now. We had really gotten behind on brushing & grooming Piper because she will not let us groom her. She was pretty rough when I brought her in. We had Jen for our grooming. I couldn't be happier with her attitude, skill, & demeanor handling our baby! I highly recommend them!

We've been taking our standard poodle to the Dogspaw for 3.5 years, ever since he was a baby. He's been groomed by several people there, and everyone has done a wonderful job. We've been taking him to Lydia exclusively for probably about 3 years, because he absolutely adores her and seems to love his visits with her like it's a field trip and not a chore! His grooming needs are fairly complex, and she does a great job, he always looks gorgeous, and leaves there a happy boy! We selfishly hope Lydia never leaves the area :) Thanks Lydia (and the rest of the team)!

I called at the beginning of the week to schedule a grooming for my dog.. She said she had an opening luckily for Friday. I called today to double check his grooming time but they never scheduled him.. bummer. She was nice and offered to reschedule but I’d rather schedule somewhere else knowing they will actually schedule my dog. Hopefully you guys work on that!

A great experience every time. We get Lucy's nails clipped monthly and they let us go back with her since she's a little nervous about it. Always available for walk ins (nail clips at least).

The BEST for grooming - we always get complimented for our dogs neat appearance and healthy coats!! Our dogs are rescued and can be quirky (emotionally) and/or have anxiety issues - to top things off, their breed requires grooming which can be traumatizing to some that are not used to it. These girls (Jen, who is our groomer) are incredibly patient, as well as wonderfully and skillfully talented to deal with these issues, and still provide a thorough and top-notch service! In fact, our dogs act and look so much better following their appointment and are easily transitioned to dog life when we get them home! We followed Jen from PetSmart (Grove City) and like this new location at The DogSpaw - SO worth it!! Thank you!!
