I have been going to Pet Palace since the beginning of time. I had a dog named Bear that was long hair. I took him somewhere else and I don't know what happened but he was never the same. He was so scared.. Then I found Pet Palace.. I am on my second dog there and even a cat, whom could be trouble. The staff are great and caring. Even when they moved I followed. My lab Ace is 13 years old and he has never been to anyone else. Love you guys!!!

Pet palace is SAFE, CLEAN, FRIENDLY place. I'VE used Ms Kelly be4 when her business was in Piqua, Ohio. Now that she's moved to a New location I feel much better bc my 🐱 looks Gr8 & she's strutting around the house like she's in a beauty contest😀💋😂🙏..
