I went to this Kroger for the first time yesterday, and one of the items on my shopping list was McIntosh Apples. I found a bin that was clearly labeled McIntosh with a price of $1.79/lb, so I filled a bag with six nice large apples. When I got them home my partner took one look at them and said, "Those are not McIntosh!" She then showed me a little tag on one of the apples with print too small for me to read without a magnifying glass, but when I did look through the glass I could see that they were all labeled Fuji. I am very upset....Kroger putting Fuji apples in a bin clearly labeled McIntosh is false advertising. I'd take them back and ask for my money back but it is too far to walk (I took an Uber to the store and back home with my shopping), so it would cost me more for another trip than I would get if I received a refund. I usually like Kroger stores, but will never shop at this particular one again.

Expensive but convenient and generally good quality. However, their self-checkout machines are an absolute disaster. They give errors constantly and require the assistance of an associate. They should do something about it

Stoneridge: Just want to share my experience. I was in the floral department when a kind young lady approached me and asked how my day was and if there was anything she could do to help me. She had her hands full with beautiful flowers, but still showed me genuine kindness. That was so refreshing. I don’t remember her name but I asked if she was the manager, she smiled and said she had only been there a few weeks but really enjoyed her job in floral. She had long black hair. I just want to say thank you.Side note for the store: your public bathroom is really in need of care. Three times I’ve gone in there the checkoff sheet you have on the wall is initialed but it is terrible/dirty. No TP, no seat covers. It needs a overall deep clean.

This Kroger location always been my favorite. Though this store is busy it is always clean. Love their fresh produce. Staffs are friendly. The only caviot is short staff at register when it is super busy. Wish they additional staff to help the que move quicker. I always love to shop for Halloween. Loved their theme this year.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to get flowers for her friend whose mother died. There was a guy working in the flower area. He put bouquets together for us. We didn’t expect to have a person there, especially during the pandemic. I think his name was Chris. Thanks so much. :)

I don’t usually write reviews for grocery stores. But I had such a great experience at this location yesterday evening. I was looking for a smaller piece of pork shoulder because on the meat display they only had huge slabs. The man working the meat department went to the back and took the time to find me the smallest pork shoulder slab. He weighed each available one in the back to find the smallest one for me. It was awesome. I really appreciate him taking the time to find me the smallest one. Then when I went to check out my friend and I were sharing a cart. The two gentlemen working register 9 were very patient with us as we divided up our order on the conveyor belt. Then the bagger took the time to tie my bags in a knot so I would be able to tell my groceries apart from my friend’s groceries. I can’t get over how helpful everyone was at this location. It was awesome.The overall customer service I received at this store was amazing. If I’m ever on this side of town again and I need groceries, I’ll definitely stop at this location again.

Kroger has great produce, flowers, bakery, meats, frozen foods and lots of choices. The prices are reasonable, not always the lowest price but not overly charging for goods. The selves are stocked, the store is in great shape and the people are consistently friendly folk.

The Kroger Boost is awesome. My delivery was great. Everything was temperature controlled. Delivery was on time. Delivery driver Christy was great. They picked comparable replacements.

The store is nice and all, but when their system for pick up goes down and they’re trying their best, the disconnect was pretty unacceptable. I’d been their for more then forty minutes, someone with a clipboard came out and took my name so they could get me into the cue. Everyone else got their groceries while they were rebooting, but then once they seemed to be “up” no one else came out to let anyone know anything. No one came out with my groceries. I had to call and then put myself in the cue and then it STILL took another 13 minutes. When I called—like the system tells you to—after ten minutes. A likely over-worked, underpaid worker rudely told me what was going on and spoke over me to tell me what my situation was and that I was in the wrong. I get that this was an outlier and I’m certain this wasn’t their best, but I won’t be returning to this store.

They are always super stocked and the staff is super nice and helpful. I didn't give 5 stars because 99% of the time I am having to bag my own groceries when I go. Not a huge frustration, but definitely an inconvenience worth docking them for. That said, the fact that they are helpful in every other way and well run gets them high marks in my book.

Pickup...Just Don't!!! The two times that I have ordered pickups from this location I am always waiting. My order was to be picked up at 3 pm...it's 6 pm and I am still waiting. The amount of time that I wasted equal more than what I would have tipped a Amazon Fresh driver. Not to mention all of the wasted gas waiting in line with 10 other vehicles.

My husband and I bought carrots two days ago on Monday afternoon, November 21, 2022. I opened them to make salad tonight and they were already spoiled. This has happened with produce at Kroger previously this fall. If you complain in store or try to return something they make it difficult. Maybe I need to rethink going to this Kroger location or maybe I need to go to a different grocers, but either way I am ready for a change.

I was here the other day and only two lanes were open and it was super busy. The bagger in my lane was spending more time singing Katy Perry than bagging and the cashier was getting frustrated, but let me tell you his kindness, help and professionalism was the only thing that kept me from getting frustrated. The prices here are very good and we use the pharmacy with no problems. Customer service managers need to focus on what's going on in the lanes though.

Will not return to this location. I have shopped at this location for over 3 years and constantly put up with poorly stocked shelves and lack of cashiers. I went here 3 days ago and it was the worst I’d seen….most of the products I buy out of stock (to include organic spinach which I never noticed out of stock before). I thought it was the Kroger company itself and related to the pandemic/covid, I was wrong. Tonight I visited the location near Hamilton/I270 which is just a few blocks away. All the shelves were abundantly stocked, plenty of friendly employees, and several registers open. The Kroger I went to today was just as busy as this location. So in fact this location has extremely poor management. I know the manager probably does not care, but I will not be back and I am contacting the Kroger company.

This was my first time doing click list with kroger. I received a call later in the day a few hours after placing my order asking if they could have more time to get it ready for me because they were really busy. I said that would be fine because it really didn’t matter to me. However when I arrived there was a printed sheet front and back of items that were “out of stock.” The woman explained that I should select allow substitutions if I want them to replace an out of stock item, which I didn’t realize I could do. So I went back in while I was there to find my own substitutions and I literally found all but two of the exact items on the list. Kinda frustrating because the whole point of me doing this was so I didn’t have to enter the store but I ended up having to do it anyway.Everything in my order was correct otherwise and bagged nicely... but I still probably won’t use this service again.

Its great when I check myself out.... Last time someone checked me out I ended up going to check myself out because she didn’t want to keep working until her shift was over which was very inconvenient. Then this time that I had to use the checkout lane just because I wanted to buy a tobacco product the bag .girl had to put the bags on the opposite side so I couldn’t barely reach them? I just feel like if you don’t want to deal with people then maybe get a different job but anytime I ring myself out it’s perfect

This is a very nice Kroger. The older lady that works in the meal deals to go area is awesome. The Starbucks in this Kroger is amazing. Their drinks are really good. I just don't believe your child should be sitting on the counter with their butt where people pick up their drinks.

I like to shop at Kroger’s. However, the best part is their employees. I recently had my automatic key go dead and I was due to pick my grandson. I found the batteries I needed however I had to have a screw Driver. Sherry and Shaylee both searched so hard to find one. Nice store, good deals, I really like the produce section its always full and clean. The bakery and deli is always nice as well. Seafood department can be cleaner sometimes often times I've smelled a nasty strong bad fish smell walking past. The meat department has a good variety of meats at good sale prices. Although sometimes I have seen some markdown meats that should have not been for sale, as red meat should not be brown. And it would be better if the smaller carts were available in the main entrance as well, and more of them it seems that the store only has maybe 20 of them. Overall I like going to this store wish it was still open 24 hrs though.

The produce, meat, and bread is always fresh. I've compared it to other grocers in the area and Kroger continues to be on top with their product freshness. It can be a bit difficult to find things in the store, depending on what you're looking for. The wine section, for instance, is a complete maze. The signage isn't very clear and the employees who work in this area have no knowledge of any of the products. This isn't the case in other departments, however. I can say that meat and pharmacy, specifically, have very knowledgeable staff. Overall, I do enjoy my experience at this location and recommend it to others.

Great produce selection.The never have any of the smaller carts easily available. And it feels like too many of the close parking spots are handicap-only and usually empty.It's a good Kroger, but consider going to the one a couple miles south on Hamilton for smaller carts and easier navigation.

On a normal, bustling Saturday afternoon, I ran to Kroger for some basics. When I got to the parking lot, I eased my way into middle of it. Despte the crowd, I landed a spot three deep and right in front. Armed with e-coupons and my Kroger rewards card, I snapped a photo, grabbed a shopping cart and went to work.I found everything I needed: cereal, soymilk, toilet paper, paper towels. Alas, though, the did not have the 6-pack of Kroger brand paper towels in the big size, so I could not take advantage of the $1 e-coupon.When I finished shopping, the registers were full. I got in line behind two people. The young, friendly employee processed the customers quickly, and I soon saved $5 on my order.All in all, it was a successful trip with some good points and a disappointing missed chance to save a buck. The store was clean, the service was good and I saved some money.

This is the worst Kroger that we have been to. I’ve had three Clicklist’s canceled on me After I’ve arrived. Always long lines, not all of the self checkouts open.

Never have problems at this location. The employees are friendly and they have fresh products and keep the store clean. They have tried to reconfigure the items in store which has caused some confusion when shopping but it i am starting to get a grasp on it. Would like to see the store fully updated like some of the newer locations.

Whoever is doing their shopping for online orders needs better training. Ordered turnip greens and got turnip. Ordered sweet potatoes and they gave us white sweet potatoes which are more starchy and lack flavor. I end up wasting money.

I love this Kroger. Everyone polite courteous from customer service and register people. Pharmacy staff excellent. Professional and helpful and they go above and beyond with their customer service. Helped me transfer numerous prescriptions for better pricing.
