Experience was amazing. Customer care is the best of any pet store I've ever visited! Their staffs time, patience and knowledge of products helped me to purchased the best food for my dog. I also had an experience I will forever cherish - as I entered the store a man was leaving with his dog who was absolutely beautiful. The dog was excited and very friendly. As a animal lover, I asked the dog's owner if I could pet her and he responded "sure." The Hollywood staff member was holding the door at the time and provided direction the best approach to petting her - it was quite different than my approach and past experiences. I did as she directed and it was great. In all my years of "loving" on animals I never knew what she shared. She and I talked later and she shared some other appropriate manners to interact with animals that I found very helpful and SAFE for all involved. This experience made my day!!!!!!Thanks soooooo much again.

I had to return dog food I accidentally purchased and opened before realizing it wasn’t the right kind. I was able to return it and get the right one without any charge and they donated the open bag to an animal shelter. The staff person helping me was wonderful!

I absolutely LOVE this Hollywood Feed store! I live near one closer but, I choose to go here. Chuck is absolutely THE BEST! He is always welcoming, pleasant and able to help without making me feel pressured to make a purchase. You can tell he's a good mjr because the staff is also happy and friendly. It's nicely stocked, clean, and organized. This is my go to place. The only thing that would make it THE BEST is if they offered grooming.

I really like this store. It is so clean, well organized, and beautifully decorated. It doesn't look or feel like a warehouse. Every employee I have come in contact with has been friendly, helpful, and able to answer any questions I ask. My dog, Milo, is welcomed also by their staff! It has everything your fur babies will ever need. I highly recommend Hollywood Feed.

The people are so FRIENDLY! My pup loves loves loves coming to this location and being spoiled with treats and pets. The new renovation looks amazing and provides so much more room for stock. They are well priced and have a good rewards system if you are a frequent customer. We get all the needed vitamins, supplements, food bags, food topper broths, bones, and low ingredient treats. I highly recommend shopping here for your pets. 🐕

Went in last night to get food for my small dog. The employees were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Both of them were so incredibly friendly. I’ve worked retail for 8 years now and I was shocked at how great they were. The selection of food was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable on what would best suit my dog’s needs. I have horrible social anxiety and yet I felt so comfortable coming here. Some other reviews mention that things were more expensive, I haven’t noticed that, but if that’s true it doesn’t matter to me because the few extra dollars is very worth the atmosphere and the kind employees. The food they carry is above average quality and they carry a lot of different single source kibble which is great for dogs with intolerances. Coming here yesterday was a true delight and I’ll be recommending my family and friends come here as well. I’m a customer for life. 💕

Hollywood Feed is a great company! Their staff is extremely helpful and their selection of product is huge. Recently, I lost my dog's leash that matched her collar on vacation. I went back to Hollywood to repurchase and they did not have any local to Columbus. Chuck went above and beyond to find the leash in a North Carolina store and had it transferred to me within 2 weeks! THANK YOU Hollywood staff + Chuck!!

We have been going to this store(when it was Pet People) for 5 years and it is always great service! I went in today(7/27) with my corgi and we had excellent service. The two men working were so friendly and helpful.

The employees always greet me when I walk in and ask how can they help me today. I have always received knowledgeable help with dog food questions. Sometime the information I receive about diet is more informed than what my vet is telling me. I have come to rely on the store employees a great deal. A very good experience.

Erin helped us out tonight, she was super sweet and helpful! We took our doggo in tonight for his birthday and it was probably his favorite part of the day! I love the same-day delivery. No need to panic if you run out of dog food and don’t want to leave your house. I ordered our regular dog food and within 2 hours it was on my door step. Can’t beat that!

Over the past couple of weeks I have been to this store twice, once by myself and once with my partner. Both times an associate named 'Brie' has helped us find what we were looking for. Today they took the time to assist us in finding food for our cats, one of whom is having a reaction to certain types of food. Great place and great workers there! Keep it up!

5 stars for the helpful staff. I love the guarantee on food/litter for my picky animals. Great range of prices for toys to food to happiness essentials. The only place I go for my cats and dogs in my life I want to spoil.Only down side is lack of care products birds/fish/small pets. I wish I didn't have to get my bird toys from somewhere else.

I realized just before closing that I had forgotten to buy my pup’s food and was all out. I called and they waited for me before closing! They are always so great at Hollywood feed whether Gahanna or New Albany but they went above and beyond for Ollie!!

This message isn’t about what this store “didn't do” but it's what they did do -- and that's not just being employees at a pet store, they are kind, loving, heartfelt, and just amazing.On Sunday evening, we had a terrible tragedy happen to our family. While out and getting a new harness for our puppy at the store, he got spooked in the parking lot and slipped out of his collar and ran into the street. Unfortunately this did not end well and we ended up losing our Lucky.During this time Zack did not hesitate and ran out of the store with out missing a beat into the parking lot and street trying to catch him. He stayed calm and tried his best to catch and help the situation. There were so many people that tried to help the situation and if you're reading this, Thank you.Sabi, you're a hero and an angel. Staying with my mom after the incident. Not only going above and beyond as a Hollywood feed employee, but also just being a caring, loving, kind human. You stayed with my family. Even drove with my mom to MedVet so she wouldn't have to drive alone with Lucky in the car. You probably broke all the rules in place, but we needed it. My mom needed someone to stay with her. You stayed with her until the rest of the family arrived at the vet. You were the rock that she needed when the rest of the family wasn't there yet.To the whole staff, thank you for the flowers and the kind messages to my family. Your kindness has truly helped the family mourn this unexpected loss. Lucky has been returned to us, and is with his family at his final resting place.To whoever is on the chain of command reading this review, please please please give this entire team what they deserve. They are more than just employees in our eyes, they are heroes.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and the selection of products is good. We went there this past weekend with questions about appropriate dog foods to help our dog lose weight. The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and informative. Their prices are a bit higher than a large local competitor, but would still recommend this store for its convenient location, selection, and helpful staff.

I enjoy this place . The people are very helpful and friendly! However they all have a habit of giving your pet a treat without asking the owner first. Its always respectful to ask before touching or interacting with a pet. If they could please not do that everything would be a 9/10
