They have great deals but there recovery is the worst. Let's not even begin to talk about customer service. The store manager is outside smoking more then she's inside doing her job. Lines are always long, which gets annoying when you see a worker slacking on their duties.

This place is convenient at least, however the parking lot is a disaster full of holes and uneven and the store itself smelled musty and the floor looked like they don't even mop just sweep up garbage

I took my older sister there she's 84. She likes to go and look around just to get out. I always check out their clothes they do have a nice selection.

If I could give a no star I would, I have a camp up there so I go quite often, The manager is horrible to shoppers and her employees, she belittles the staff, every time I shop she is either being rude or screaming at the staff! Today is the last straw she was screaming and so ignorant to a worker, in front of customers, its disgusting, if I was the employee I prob would've decked her and left, its sick!

Horrible Manager the one with the ugly tattoos on her leg....today my son and I were looking at socks and this Manager comes down the isle and puts two large carts directly in front of where we were looking......how rude..no manners...then nobody to ring me out...rang 🛎 a few times with authority and the Manager ignored the bell...so once again we walked out leaving the 40 dollars worth of product on counter....a worker who was outside said the manager told her to go out there....I already complained to corporate with no response....time to research who the Board of Directors are....and this is no secret in Andover both customers and staff....But the good news Dollar General made $49.

Staff friendly, but my son collects hot wheels, they carry about 5 at time, at some stores we were told theyre going to stop carrying them. On one hand this is ok because they're more expensive there than just about anywhere except CVS/Rite Aid. Since we started hunting for them we've been in probably 50 FDs and 60 Dollar Generals ($1.00, usually decent selection). More importantly DG feels like a smaller Walgreens, FD feels like an upscale Goodwill, especially the older non free standing stores. Besides how can a dollar store, with the purchasing power of that many locations not have a loved, collectable, name brand toy they can sell for a dollar and change?
