Good store to get snacks and just about anything you need in a pinch and very helpful good friendly people work here but there parking lot is by far the worst parking lot I have ever saw in my entire life. I'm a redneck that goes hunting and fishing all over Ohio, Pa, WV, and sometimes out west. I have been down mud trails and to some of the most secluded places you can get to and they don't compare to this parking lot. The holes will seriously swallow a small car. I mean you might have to get like a 12-in suspension and 35 inch Mickey Thompson Baja cause for your four-wheel drive truck to go through some of them holes. Yes It is that bad. Like for real it could be one of those places you go to test out your four-wheel drive Jeep to see how rock climbing suspension performs and articulates. You might want to put a winch on it first though. Just saying. Plus the way it's designed is just dumb too. I've witnessed two accidents of people backing into other cars in the parking lot one of them was an employee's car that got hit. Just as I was trying to pull in and I don't spend that much time there. They would seriously probably get a heck of a lot more business if they would fix that damn thing. The owner must not have any pride in that store whatsoever or he's one hell of a tight wad that would rather make his customers pay to get their cars fixed than take a dollar out of his wallet. It is absolutely ridiculous to let people drive through that place like that. If it rains hard enough you can't even tell where the holes are at so I would avoid going there on those days.

Decent store good employees but you guys that driveway some gold digger is probably going to come along and be like I broke my ankle on there driveway, it's just going to get worse

The Andover Ohio Store is absolutely filthy and disgusting, dust and cobwebs on everything, and don’t get me started on the bathrooms. The men’s room is so disgusting I feel like you need a hazmat suit to go in there, the women’s room is out of order so females have to use the men’s, you wanna pull into the parking lot? You better be ready to dump a few thousand dollars on new suspension components. The staff is friendly but that’s about the only thing that store has going for it.

The cashier's did more talking than ringing people out. There was a line building up and they seemed to not care.Also on Thursday evening I bought a few 12 packs of different varieties of coke and pepsi products. When I opened a few cans later that night the coke and cherry Coke were terribly flat. I have been trying to call the store since that night. Roughly 10-12 times a day. Still nobody has answered the phone. Not one time. The worse part is they have quite a good selection of items compared to other Dollar Generals I have been to.

The cashier, didn't catch her name. She said hello how are u. Very very pleasant and friendly. Also very courteous. Asked me if I found everything ok when checking out. Said bye and have a good day. I was there about 12:45. She deserves a RAISE. Hard to find people like her that are very good with the public.

Attempted to shop here on a Sunday morning. Freight everywhere blocking the aisles. Frozen case missing handle. Employees nowhere to be found. Forced to leave a handful of items on counter without purchasing because cashier was nonexistent. Will never return.

Ran in looking for fast dinner ideas for unexpected company. Bam! Refrigerator section, eckrich smoked sausage, bacon and cheddar sausage, many other variations. Ran down the vegetable isle, idahoan baby reds instant and ingredients for corn fritters! No one left my home hungry thanks to dollar general. And my wallet wasn't hurting.

Dollar General is ok. Most stores, no matter which location is always cluttered with merchandise and carts with merchandise on them and can hardly move around in them.One location I went to, the Men's Room was closed because they had U-Boats full of merchandise in them because there wasn't enough room in the store for them.

Typical "dollar" type store. Always has carts of items for employees to stock shelves blocking aisles. If you go, watch out! The parking lot has many DEEP pot holes!

Dollar general is normally my go to place when I have to get a lot of different merchandise the customer service is great and checking out is normally fast and easy I can always find good deals even compared to Walmart except for without all the crowds you can get anything from clothes to food usually they have good deals on milk and I also get my son many toys to play. Anyone that does a lot of shopping at Walmart I would recommend trying Dollar General to get the same kind of experience but in my opinion even better.

Love this little DG, quick and easy / in and out for minor needs instead of stopping in at the Sparkle or getting robbed at the gas station. Cashiers are always very nice compared to other DG's.

Bought a Xbox card yesterday didn’t work because the cashier didn’t activate it so when I used it on my Xbox It didn’t work and deactivated the card and I can’t even get a flipping refund even know the cashier the day I bought it was having problems too. I guess you could say I got the shaft!

It's Dollar General, not much to say about the selection of goods.It is, however, the most cluttered Dollar General I've ever been to and the parking lot is in really rough shape.

I go here constantly, staff is friendly and they have a wide assortment of groceries and other interesting things. For a family on a budget I highly suggest this place.

This Dollar Store sucks bad customer service nobody smiles and they're always talking to their friends or co-workers and not concentrating on the customer and you always have to check your receipt always and nine times out of 10 if it's on sale and you catch it they will try to get their way out of making their sales or coupons right so my suggestion is is you can avoid this Dollar Store do so
