I love this store! We have been going to this store to get stuff for our dogs for the last two years. it is so nice to be able to take the dogs in and have a fun, public experience for them that is super enriching. The prices here, especially for dog-related items, are absolutely incredible.They also have a vet clinic open on Saturdays that is extremely affordable and helpful. They often have shorter lines and easy access to a cheap vet to make sure our furry friends get the care they deserve.

Went here just as they were opening. Needing insulated duck bibs and gloves. Even tho the isle was busy the employee went out of his way to help. I recommend this place to anyone. Great experience.

Nice store! Had an adorable little candle section, everything smells so cozy and country like. They also offered a traveling vet service in the back. That’s where we took out dog to get her first shots. They have dog food and treats too, so it was a nice one stop shop. I love the little chicks they have.

I'm not familiar with the store so i asked the cashier if she could radio someone to help me. I did look around on the floor for over 15mins trying to find someone myself before going to her. Unfortunately she explained she and another person were the only ones there and the other person was outside unloading a delivery. She tried her best to ring out customers and point me in the right direction. But where she told me to look was not where the item i was looking for was! So i spent another 20-25mins going up and down every aisle. The store was fun; they had cool things. Clean. Stocked for most items. But no one on the floor to help!!!!! A few other customers were also talking loudly about how they needed some help and no one was available! So unless you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is in the store; happy shopping! If not, don't go there. A lot of places are hurting for employees. But a store like that needs to make sure they have staff!

I was looking for some rabbit food at my local supply store and they were out. So I figured I would check online at tractor supply. The website showed that it was in stock and they had it at a good price.When I arrived I could not find the food in question. It appeared to be out. I asked for some help and they sent the sweetest young lady to help. I think her name was Taylor. She was as sweet as could be and said she would check the back to see if they had some. Not a minute later she came out with two bags of rabbit food for our starving rabbits.Good prices, in stock food and great customer service. What more could you ask for?

I went to Tractor Supply in Lorain-Amerst Ohio on 6/3/22 for the first time. It was a great experience. The employees were very helpful and polite. They went above and beyond. I will be back. Great service.

A nice place with friendly and helpful staff. While they have a sizable assortment of farm/work clothes, and farm/gardening related gear, I go there for pet food. They carry a good and affordable store brand dry food, but my only complaint is that they rarely keep it stocked on the shelves. If asked, employees are willing to retrieve items from the back storage area.

I've tried other places, but I keep coming back to THIS tractor supply when everyone else fails me. They can always get me what I need and the staff is friendly and helpful. They're a little bit farther from me than other farm stores but officially worth the extra driving!!

Everyone I talked to was really nice. They have so many things I needed and things I didn't even know I needed. Great prices on dog beds. I got a good pair of pants for $12.99. I got a dog crate. They have a lot of pet items. I have so many outdoor projects for the Spring and will be shopping at Tractor Supply.

Went there for Castrol 15w40 on sale. Had trouble getting help. Was taken to the jugs on the shelf and was told "these are the ones you were looking for". Apparently it was not, because I was charged full price. I should have paid more attention at the register I guess, but I was distracted by the kid trying to sell me on a credit card I didn't want. I usually shop at Norwalk and get great service, but thought I'd change it up and check out another location.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff make you feel welcomed every time you come in. Prices are average I'd say. Selection is more specific to our area but the staff won't hesitate to check products and availability at other store locations.

Absolute BEST place I have found to buy air compressors. Just bought my second from them at it was OVER 200.00 LESS then amazon and Ebay couldn't even come close!! Staff is friendly and helpful and not hard to find. Wide selection of quality tools and really a better version of rural king if your looking for tools and hardware.

I drove to this location about a half hour away, but before I did I called about inventory for stall mats. They told me there was more than enough. I checked the inventory in the manager told me I was wrong then proceeded to take me outside. Clearly there wasn't actually enough inventory and I wasted an hour of my day going there. It wouldn't be so bad if the manager wasn't so rude. Maybe she was having a rough day I'm not sure.

Step above a hardware store well-stocked facility is very clean inside and out. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is moderate not quite as low as some of the Big Box store facilities. Carey specialty items especially for animals and clothing. Plenty of parking wheelchair parking available and wheelchair accessibility. Very visible from the road and plenty of other shopping in the general area.

Tractor Supply is great for all my farming needs and more!!! Walked in 9 months pregnant and this great associate Taylor took me in the back, put me in one of the duck tubs and helped me give a water birth!!! She needs a raise for sure!!!

I guess you will have your good employees and bad ones. I asked for help and the lady called for someone to help and no one showed up, so she walked over to assist me I had a few questions about a product and she was clueless on everything I asked. I believe if you are going to be selling a product you should know information about that product. Then she had an attitude on top of that... The lady who checked me out tho was outstanding very helpful and answered all my questions...

First and LAST time at this store!! Went in for 5 bags of mulch, was rudely called over to a new line by a cashier on her personal cell phone, on a personal call throughout the entire transaction. Was not given any instructions as to where to pull up to have mulch loaded in my truck. Pulled car around by where mulch was located. An employee was talking to someone in their car. I assumed he'd come over to help me load the mulch or at very least, make sure I paid for it. Nope just stood there watching me while talking to someone in their car. Unbelievable!! First impressions are so important and so is good customer service. I'll be sure to let EVERYONE I know aware of my experience.

I can usually find what I need on my own, but sometimes it's nice to be able to find an employee for assistance. Those employees are difficult to find. They appear to be understaffed. Otherwise good selection of items. Went here looking for hex bolts.

Great place for all your farming needs. They have feed for any farm animal. Their dog and cat food supply rivals any pet store. Their store brand, paws and claws, is wonderful for cat litter and at a great price. I will never buy tidy cat again. In the spring and late summer they have chicks, baby ducks, and baby turkeys. They also sell everything you need for a wood burning stove or pellet stove, including the stoves themselves. The employees are very knowledgable and always willing to help.

Good service at checkout, but the store did not have the 5 lb. Bag of 4 Health small bites, so I had to spend more than I wanted to. They were out of the 22 Oz. 4 Health canned Grain Free Beef & Vegetable Stew for dogs.

I found what I was looking for and a few other things. Saw the baby Chicks too cute. Was hoping to find a long sleeve John Deere green color t-shirt. I like this store.
